Finally after a year and a half the tournaments return to our country.
This championship will be the first of the "Chile Comeback" project that will help to adapt to the new regulations that are shaking the world as a result of the pandemic.
Thus Chile will be the second country to return to competitions in South America and you can experience it in Chillán.

Finalmente despues de un año y medio vuelven los torneos a nuestro pais.
Este campeonato será el primero de "Chile Comeback" proyecto que ayudará a adaptarse a las nuevas normas que sacuden al mundo producto de la pandemia.
Así, Chile será el segundo país en volver a las competencias en sudamerica y lo podrás vivir en Chillán.

The base registration fee for this competition is $5,000 (Chilean Peso).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 80% of your registration fee.

If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Para poder participar en el campeonato debes completar el proceso de registro. Para completar el proceso de registro debes seguir los siguientes pasos en orden:
1.- Inscribirse en la lista de espera de la competencia en la página web de la WCA. Para ello necesitaras crear o tener una cuenta del sitio web WCA.
2.- Transferir $5.000 pesos chilenos a la siguiente cuenta bancaria:

Correo de confirmación con el nombre del competidor: infochilerubik@gmail.com3.- Enviar un correo infochilerubik@gmail.com indicando el nombre completo del competidor y adjuntando una captura de pantalla del comprobante de transferencia.
4.Un correo de confirmación será enviado al competidor una vez que haya cumplido cada uno de los tres pasos anteriores, y aparecerá en la lista de registros aprobados de la competencia en la página web de la WCA.
Los registros se aprobaran en el mismo orden en que lleguen los correos con la imagen de la confirmación de la transferencia.
El plazo máximo para completar el registro es el día Domingo 19 de Septiembe de 2021 a las 23:59:00hrs (-3:00 GMT) o el momento en que se llene los 50 cupos, lo que suceda primero.En caso de que desees cancelar tu inscripción deberas mandar un E-mail al infochilerubik@gmail.com solicitando lo mencionado, por lo que se te devolverá el 80% de tu dinero. La fecha límite para solicitar una cancelación es hasta 5 días antes del torneo.
La devolución será realizada por medio de una transferencia electrónica, por lo que se deben indicar los detalles de una cuenta bancaria de destino y se realizará entre 2-5 días posterior al término del evento.Cambios en los eventos registrados serán aceptados solo hasta el último día de registro. Posterior a ello, no habrán cambios en los participantes de un evento.

- A confirmation email will be sent to the competitor once they have completed each of the three steps above, and will appear on the approved competition record list on the WCA website.
The records will be approved in the same order in which the emails arrive with the image of the transfer confirmation.
The deadline to complete the registration is Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 11:59:00 p.m. (-3: 00 GMT) or the moment the 50 places are filled, whichever comes first.In case you want to cancel your registration, you must send an E-mail to infochilerubik@gmail.com requesting the aforementioned, so that 80% of your money will be returned. The deadline to request a cancellation is up to 5 days before the tournament.
The refund will be made by means of an electronic transfer, so the details of a destination bank account must be indicated and it will be made between 2-5 days after the end of the event.Changes to registered events will be accepted only until the last day of registration. IMPORTANTE CUPOS AGOTADOS! SE COMPLETÓ EL LÍMITE DE COMPETIDORES
El Proyecto Chile Comeback constituido por Leopoldo Ibarra, José Antonio Rozas-Peña Gaete y Yerko Serrano trae a la comunidad cubera de Chile el retorno de los campeonatos oficiales. Después de un inagotable año y medio sin tener campeonatos finalmente podemos retomar nuestras actividades como Speedcubers, la localidad será en la ciudad de Chillan, ciudad que ya ha tenido un campeonato oficial hace 2 años atrás y que nuevamente gracias a la gentilleza de la municipalidad de Chillán se podrá volver a realizar.
Claramente no será en las mismas condiciones, estamos viviendo una pandemia historica por lo que tendremos que tener diversas restricciones que se detallarán en la pestaña de Protocolo Covid.
Algunas diferencias respecto de campeonatos anteriores son:
- No contaremos con un staff definido y por lo tanto será de suma importancia el apoyo de todos los competidores para poder llevar a cabo el desarrollo del torneo.
- No tendremos los conocidos Runners debido a que debemos evitar lo maximo posible el aglomeramiento de gente en la zona de competición.
- Habrán estaciones fijas, es decir, al momento de que te toque competir deberas quedarte sentado en tu mesa de compiticion durante toda la ronda que dure tu AVG
Se a hecho un esfuerzo sobrehumano para poder traer de vuelta los torneos a nuestro país por lo tanto es de suma importancia la colaboración y el compromiso de todas las personas que participen y en la medida de lo posible respetar a cabilidad las normas sanitarias que nos exige tanto el Plan Paso A Paso como la WCA.
Ese día habrá un stand para comprar cosas para comer pero no se podrá comer en la zona de competición.

La municipalidad de Chillan nos ha cedido el Gimnasio Polideportivo Casa del Deporte
LÍMITE Y ACOMPAÑANTES
El torneo tiene un límite en el número de participantes igual a 50. Recomendamos completar el registro con la debida anticipación.
El registro se cerrará cuando el límite de participantes se alcance, o en su defecto, el 16 de Octubre.
NO SE ACEPTARÁN REGISTROS POSTERIORES AL CIERRE NI EL DÍA DEL EVENTO.

La inscripción tendrá un costo de $5000 que deberá ser pagado antes de la fecha límite de inscripción
REGISTRO
La participación en este torneo requiere de la completación exitosa de los siguientes requisitos:
Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
1° Debes registrarte en la página oficial de la WCA, así quedaras en la lista de espera para que sea aceptada tu inscripción
2° Después de haber hecho el primer paso debes hacer un deposito o transferencia de $5.000 a la siguiente cuenta rut:

3° Al finalizar los 2 pasos pedidos tienes que enviar el comprobante de pago al siguiente correo:

4° Una vez finalizado los 3 pasos, serás aceptado a la brevedad.
●^1 Procura de que los eventos que escojas sean los de tu preferencia y que coincida con los cortes y limites establecidos, para que no existan problemas el día del torneo.
●^2 En caso de que desees cancelar tu inscripción deberas mandar un E-mail al correo infochilerubik@gmail.com solicitando lo mencionado, por lo que se te devolverá el 80% de tu dinero. El correo debe ser enviado entre 2 a 5 días antes del torneo.
SOLO SERÁN ACEPTADOS LOS REGISTROS QUE TENGAN PAGADAS SUS INSCRIPCIONES.

- Salir del terminal y caminar a mano derecho hasta la bomba de bencina, a mano derecha hay un paradero donde deben tomar la micro RAPIDO (Asi se llama) y luego bajarse en Libertad llegando a 5 de Abril de ahí caminar un par de pasos.

El Campeonato Chillán Open 2021 no tendrá un auspiciador exclusivo como tal así como se venian dando anteriormente en las antiguas competencias, pero si tendra aportes de algunas tiendas y entidades locales como son la reconocida tienda Soletta y la Municipalidad de Chillán que gentilmente nos otorgará el Gimnasio Polideportivo que hay en la ciudad
CADA COMPETIDOR DEBERÁ DESINFECTAR SUS ROMPECABEZAS ANTES DE ENVIARLO AL INICIO DE CADA RONDA.
EL COMPETIDOR EN NINGÚN CASO PODRÁ DE TOCAR EL ÁREA DE COMPETICIÓN CUANDO NO ESTÉ EN EL PROCESO DE UN INTENTO OFICIAL.
Para evitar este tipo de situaciones, el equipo organizador deberá considerar un espacio para espectadores, por lo que en caso de que el competidor no esté compitiendo ni cumpliendo labores de STAFF deberá ir a la zona de espectador.EL COMPETIDOR DEBE DEVOLVER EL ROMPECABEZAS AL TAPACUBOS DESPUÉS DE LA FINALIZACIÓN DEL INTENTO.
LOS COMPETIDORES SON RESPONSABLES DE CUALQUIER MODIFICACIÓN REALIZADA AL EQUIPO DE CRONOMETRAJE Y POR TANTO NO PODRÁ SER ELEGIBLE
PARA NINGÚN INTENTO ADICIONAL SI LA FUNCIÓN DEL EQUIPO SE VE AFECTADA POR EL EQUIPO PROPORCIONADO POR EL COMPETIDOR.SE DEBERÁ DESINFECTAR EL EQUIPO DE CRONOMETRAJE ANTES DE COMENZAR SU INTENTO.
NO SE DEBEN TOMAR PRESTADOS ROMPECABEZAS DE OTROS COMPETIDORES, CADA QUIEN ES RESPONSABLE DE TRAER SUS PROPIOS CUBOS A LA COMPETENCIA.
LOS COMPETIDORES DEBEN TRAER SUS PROPIOS LÁPICES, SIN EMBARGO, EL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR DE LA COMPETENCIA DEBEN PROPORCIONAR SEGÚN SEA
NECESARIO( HABRÁN LAPICES EN CASO DE QUE NO LLEVES EL TUYO).CADA COMPETIDOR DEBE TENER EL MISMO JUEZ DURANTE LA RONDA. (JUEZ FIJO).
LOS JUECES DEBEN MANTENER AL MENOS UNA DISTANCIA DE 1 M (3 PIES) EN TODO MOMENTO, A MENOS QUE HAYA INTERACCIÓN CON EL COMPETIDOR.
CADA MIEMBRO DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN (ORGANIZADOR, JUECES, RUNNERS) DESINFECTAR SUS MANOS REGULARMENTE DURANTE EL DESARROLLO DEL TORNEO.
EL ÁREA DE COMPETICIÓN SE DEBE DESINFECTAR CON CADA CAMBIO DE GRUPO Y/O RONDA.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
