No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
En caso de alcanzar el aforo máximo de competidores, los nuevos registros pasarán a formar parte de una lista de espera. Si algún competidor aceptado manifestase que le es imposible participar en el evento, los registrados en la lista de espera podrán hacer uso de estas plazas libres (se aceptarán por orden de registro). Después de que el registro se cierre el 1 de abril, no se podrán añadir nuevos competidores de la lista de espera.
Los competidores tienen hasta el cierre del registro, antes del 1 de abril, para cambiar sus eventos seleccionados. Estos cambios deben solicitarse al equipo organizador por correo electrónico, y su registro será eliminado.
In the event that the maximum capacity for this competition is met, additional registrations will be inscribed in a waiting list. If any competitor informed the management of their unability to participate in this event, the people in the waiting list will be entitled to make use of these vacancies (in the same order as the registrations are received). After registration closes on April 1st, no new people may be added from the waitlist, and their registration will be deleted.
Competitors have until registration closes, before April 1st, to change their selected events. These changes must be made to the organization team via email.
