Welcome to Cebu Cool Off 2026!

This competition marks the second competition in the city of Cebu this year. The event is open to anyone able to solve a cube.

All other necessary information about the competition can be found in the following tabs above. Please be familiar with the WCA Regulations before participating.

By registering, competitors and their guests—including but not limited to family members, friends, and guardians—acknowledge that the organizing bodies, their staff, and affiliated individuals will not be liable for any injuries, loss of personal belongings, or emotional distress resulting from participation in this competition.

There is a competitor limit of 70 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₱350 (Philippine Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of ₱450 (Philippine Peso).

You must send us the proof of payment/e-receipt with your name at savionromeomatula@gmail.com. Registration completion is when the proof of payment is sent to the email.

You may pay directly to any organizer during cube meets or other designated events.

You must send us the proof of payment/receipt, valid ID (for first timers), name of competitor, amount paid, contact number, and categories you are participating via email at negroscubers.organizing@gmail.com.

If registration requirements are complete, you will receive a confirmation message via email. No confirmation message, registration not approved.

NOTE
(1) Please follow the registration and payment instructions. We run on a first come, first serve basis. If the registration requirements are not properly followed until the registration period ends, your registration will not be approved and strictly NO REFUNDS.

(2) Payment sent on the GCash account without confirmation as Registration payment will be considered as donations to the competition. As reiterated, please follow the registration requirements and instructions.

On-site Registration

On-The-Spot registrations will be accepted. Just show up on the day before your events start.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.

Advancement Condition

The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
