- No se reembolsará el dinero de la inscripción bajo ningún concepto. En caso de haber realizado la transferencia, el pago quedará a favor del competidor para su inscripción en una futura competencia, solo si nos avisa con una semana de anticipación o si el evento se cancela.

Pasos para inscribirse:
- Completar el registro siguiendo los pasos del ítem "Registro" (Register).
- Si hay lugares libres, recibirá un email* (puede demorar hasta 24 horas en llegar) con la información para pagar.
- Realice la transferencia.
- Responda al email que contiene la información para pagar (con la opción "responder a todos") detallando nombre/s y apellido/s del competidor y adjuntando una copia del comprobante (en su versión electrónica o una foto del ticket), sin esta información, el registro NO será aceptado.
Notas:
* Si el registro está lleno, recomendamos a las personas con un registro pendiente que permanezcan alertas en caso de que se libere algún lugar.
* En el caso de que no se alcance el límite de competidores, se aceptarán las inscripciones in-situ por orden de llegada.Al proceder con el registro, usted afirma haber leído y estar de acuerdo con todos los apartados de esta página web.

NEW COMPETITORS: You must read Important and New competitors.
- The registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you have already made the bank transfer, the payment will remain in your favor for a future competition registration. In case you are unable to attend the competition, you must notify us at least one week before the competition in order to keep the payment for a future competition.

- Neither the WCA Delegates nor the organization team will be held responsible for transfers made to wrong bank accounts.
Registration procedure:
- Complete your registration by following the steps in the "Register" section.
- If there are spots available, you will receive an email* with the payment information (it may take up to 24 hours to arrive).
- Make the transfer.
- Reply-all to the email you received with the payment information, detailing first name/s and last name/s of the competitor and attaching a copy of the bank transfer receipt (in its electronic version or a photo of it), without this information, the registration will NOT be accepted. Once the transfer has been made, no refunds will be made under any circumstances, except for what has been said above.

Se recomienda que las personas que tengan el registro pendiente se mantengan atentas por si se libera algún lugar o alguien no se presenta el día de la competencia.
Es obligación de los competidores estar familiarizados con el Reglamento de la WCA.
Los competidores pueden ser requeridos para desempeñar ciertas tareas, según se describe en las reglas 1e2 y 1f2, de lo contrario, la competencia podría retrasarse.
El competidor es la única persona responsable de que los resultados en la hoja de resultados:
* Sean correctos.
* Sean legibles (si un número no se entiende bien, debe pedirle al juez que lo arregle antes de firmar el intento).
* Está firmado tanto por el juez como por el competidor. Penalización por firmas que faltan: descalificación del intento afectado (DNF).

We recommend people with a pending registration to remain alert in case a spot becomes available or someone does not show up the day of the competition.
Competitors must be familiarized with the WCA Regulations.
Competitors may be required to help with specific tasks, as described in regulations 1e2 and 1f2.
The competitor must make sure that the results on the scoresheet are:
* Correct, complete, properly formatted, and clearly readable.
* Signed by the Judge and the Competitor. Penalty for missing signatures: Did Not Finish (DNF).

En caso de ser la primera competencia a la que asiste, deberá presentar el documento de identidad (o pasaporte), como consta en la Regla 2e del Reglamento y las Directrices de la WCA.

If this is your first competition ever, you must provide an ID document (i.e. a passport), as stated in Regulation 2e of the WCA Regulations and Guidelines.
Competitor's results will be available in WCA Live. You can always reach out to the Organizers and/or the WCA Delegates if you have any question.

Según la regla 2s, los competidores con diversidad funcional que se vean impedidos de cumplir con una o más reglas de la WCA, pueden solicitar adaptaciones especiales al delegado de la WCA. Los competidores que requieran estas adaptaciones deben ponerse en contacto con el equipo organizador y el delegado de la WCA al menos dos semanas antes de la competición.

As per regulation 2s: "Competitors with disabilities that may prevent them from abiding by one or more WCA regulations may request special accommodations from the WCA Delegate. Nuevo formato de competencia
¡Bienvenido/a a la primer competencia donde se puede competir en cualquier momento del día!
Los días sábado 15 y domingo 16 de noviembre, se estará llevando a cabo el campeonato Uruguayo de Speedcubing 2025 en el evento Frikifest, dentro de la Rural del Prado.
Como mencionamos antes, los competidores tendran la posibilidad de elegir en qué momento competir dentro del rango de las 15:00 a las 20:00. Esperamos encontrar muchas caras nuevas participando de la competencia.
¡Tendremos muchos sorteos a lo largo de ambas jornadas!
New competition format
Welcome to the first Uruguayan competition where you can compete whenever you want!
On November 15th and 16th, the 2025 Uruguayan Speedcubing Championship will take place at the Frikifest event, at the Rural del Prado, Montevideo.
As mentioned before, competitors will have the chance to choose when to compete within the range from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We are looking forward to see many new faces participating in the event!
There will be plenty of raffles throughout both days, do not miss them!
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
