Este será o quarto Campeonato Brasileiro em que a modalidade 3x3x3 em Menos Movimentos ocorrerá em uma data diferente do campeonato principal, simultaneamente em várias cidades do Brasil. A competição será compartilhada também aqui quando for oficializada!

This will be the fourth Brazilian Championhip in which the 3x3x3 Fewest Moves event will take place on a different date from the main championship, simultaneously in multiple cities in Brazil. The competition will also be shared once it is official.

🇧🇷 Modalidade Extra-oficial
Seguindo a tradição da "Copa das Nações" que acontece em vários campeonatos continentais e mundiais, decidimos fazer uma "Copa das Regiões" seguindo as seguintes regras:
* O formato da competição é um torneio eliminatório com doze equipes de três;
* Embora de natureza não oficial, as regras oficiais da WCA serão seguidas, bem como suas penalidades padrão, incluindo desalinhamento, parada/início do cronômetro, tempo de inspeção, entre outras;
* Durante a competição, os membros resolverão um cubo 3x3x3 em sucessão. Portanto, haverá três cronômetros, três cubos e três competidores na mesa. O início da segunda e da terceira cronometragem se dará somente quando o competidor anterior concluir sua resolução e retornar as duas mãos ao cronômetro, parando-o;
* O período de inspeção será simultâneo para os três membros da equipe. Após 12 segundos, eles deverão descansar o cubo no tapete e manter as duas mãos sobre os cronômetros. O início efetivo das duas equipes competidoras será indicado pelo juiz ou pelo locutor oficial;
* Durante a execução da resolução pelo primeiro membro da equipe, o segundo e o terceiro membros da equipe devem manter as mãos sobre os cronômetros. Essa mesma regra se aplica ao terceiro competidor enquanto o segundo resolve seu cubo, caso contrário, será aplicada a penalidade de DNF;
* Os demais membros da equipe podem continuar a inspecionar enquanto seus colegas estão resolvendo, desde que mantenham as mãos nos cronômetros;
* A equipe vencedora será aquela que tiver o menor tempo total, que será a soma dos três tempos individuais. Em caso de empate nos tempos totais, a melhor resolução individual será levada em conta para declarar a equipe vencedora;
* Como esse é um formato extra-oficial, os juízes desse evento poderão exercer seu poder discricionário em caso de discordância e interpretação das regras - sua decisão será final.

🇬🇧 Unofficial Event
Following the tradition of the "Nations Cup", that has been happening in many continental and world's championships, we decided to have a "Regions Cup" following the rules below:
* The format of the competition is that of a knockout tournament with twelve three-person teams;
* Although unofficial in nature, the official WCA rules will be followed, as well as its standard penalties including misalignment, stops/starts of the stopwatch, inspection time, among others;
* During the competition, members will solve a 3x3x3 cube in succession. Therefore, there will be three timers, three cubes and three competitors on the table. The start of the second and third timers will be only when the previous participant has completed his resolution and returns both hands to the timer, stopping it;
* The inspection period will be simultaneous for all three team members. After 12 seconds, they must rest their cube on the mat and keep both hands on the stopwatches. The actual start of the two contending teams will be indicated by the judge or the official speaker;
* During the execution of the resolution by the first member of the team, the second and third members must keep their hands on the stopwatches. This same rule applies to the third participant while the second one resolves his cube, otherwise, the DNF penalty will be applied;
* The remaining team members may continue inspecting while their teammates are solving, as long as they keep their hands on the stopwatches;
* The winning team will be the one with the lowest total time, which will correspond to the sum of the three individual times. In case of a tie in total times, the best individual resolution will be taken into account to declare the winning team;
* As this is an experimental format, the judges of this event may exercise their discretion in case of disagreements and interpretation of the rules - their decision will be final.

Informações gerais
* Competidores que desistirem de qualquer Rodada 2 (ou seguinte) de uma modalidade não serão substituídos.
* Se recebermos uma súmula com uma assinatura faltante do juiz e/ou do competidor, a tentativa será marcada como DNF, de acordo com a Regra A7c4. Não notificaremos competidores que estiverem nesse caso, mas permitiremos que esses competidores regularizem suas próprias assinaturas antes do fim da competição. Os competidores poderão fazer isso na sala de Data Entry.
* Nós não podemos nos responsabilizar por itens perdidos, especialmente incluindo cubos. Por favor, tenha certeza de manter seus pertences com você.
* Se você perder o grupo em que competiria, você pode não ser autorizado a competir. Isse se aplica a todos os rounds de todas as modalidades. Por favor, ouça os anúncios e observe atentamente o cronograma para saber quando é sua vez de competir.

Finais do 3x3x3
* A final do Cubo 3x3x3 terá transmissão ao vivo de resultados.
* As Finais do cubo 3x3x3 acontecerão no formato 1 contra 1, com seis pares de competidores, começando do 12º e 11º colocados, e subindo até os 2º e 1º colocados. Competidores alternação suas solves e quem começa será determinado pelo competidor de posição ímpar.
* Com o objetivo de assegurar igualdade, os competidores ficarão em uma sala separada no início da rodada e no momento em que forem chamados para competir. Os competidores não serão permitidos a interagir com seus celulares durante esse tempo (WSAP 4.2).

Transmissão ao vivo e filmagens
* Serão feitas filmagens e fotografias durante o evento. Ao entrar no local do evento, você reconhece que foi informado que poderá ser fotografado e/ou filmado para material a ser usado em qualquer formato para qualquer propósito ao redor do mundo de maneira perpétua pela CMG, ABRACM, WCA e seus parceiros e representantes. Além disso, com sua presença, você dá a permissão de que sua imagem e voz sejam incluídas nisso sem compensação, crédito ou outras considerações. Se você não deseja ser fotografado, filmado ou aparecer dentro dessas condições, você não deve entrar no local do evento.
* Alguns cronômetros estarão posicionados diretamente em frente a uma câmera. Essas câmeras não interferirão fisicamente no processo de resolução. O time de organização se reserva o direito de determinar quais tentativas de quais competidores acontecerão nesses cronômetros, por uma ou mais tentativas.

Extras e Distrações
Esperamos que o Campeonato Brasileiro 2026 seja um evento empolgante e enérgico. Pedimos aos competidores para se prepararem para competir nesse ambiente, visto que não daremos tentativas adicionais por toda distração. Esperamos que ocorram distrações, incluindo (mas não limitadas a):
* Ovacionar competidores por conseguirem bons resultados, assim como espectadores se movimentando pelo espaço para ver esses resultados.
* Competidores gerando ruído por atingir um bom resultado.
* Anúncios de rotina, como chamar o próximo grupo. Manteremos os anúncios durante os eventos vendados no menor nível e os faremos da maneira mais breve possível.

Em situações como essas, não daremos tentativas adicionais por distrações. Porém, em situações mais extremas, como distrações físicas, problemas com iluminação ou uma reação muito alta de um competidor sentado ao seu lado, poderemos dar adicionais. Isso inclui as finais.

Te incentivamos a praticar resoluções sob condições de distração e a experimentar usar ferramentas de redução de distração como abafadores (não eletrônicos) e viseiras.

🇬🇧 English - Competition Policies

This page lists a number of competition policies which may differ from what you are used to at local competitions.

General
* Competitors who withdraw from any Round 2 (or above) of an event will not be replaced.
* If we receive a scorecard with either a missing judge's or competitor's signature, that attempt will be marked DNF, per Regulation A7c4. We will not notify competitors that this is the case, however we will allow competitors to fix missing competitor signatures before the end of the competition. Competitors will be able to do so at the data entry room.
* We cannot take responsibility for lost items, particularly including cubes. Please ensure that you keep your personal belongings with you.
* If you miss your assigned group, you may not be permitted to compete. This applies to all rounds of all events. Please listen for announcements, and look carefully at the schedule to know when it is your turn to compete.

3x3x3 Finals
* 3x3x3 Cube Finals will have live data entry.
* 3x3x3 Finals will be held head-to-head, with six matchups of two competitors, starting with the 12th and 11th seeds, and moving up to the 2nd and 1st seeds. Competitors will alternate their solves, and the one who will always start is chosen by the one with the odd number seed.
* In order to ensure fairness, competitors will stay in a separate room between the start of the round and when they are called to compete. Competitors will not be permitted to interact with their phones during this time (WSAP 4.2).

Live Stream and Filming
* Filming and Photography will take place at the event. By entering the event premises, you acknowledge that you have been informed you may be photographed and recorded for media to be used in any format for any purpose worldwide in perpetuity by CMG, ABRACM, the WCA, and their partners and representatives. Further, by your presence, you grant permission for your likeness and voice to be included therein without compensation, credit, or other consideration. If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or appear under these conditions, you should not enter the event premises.
* Some timers will be directly in front of a camera. These cameras will not physically interfere with the solving process. The organizing team reserves the right to determine which competitors' attempts will occur on these timers, either for one attempt or the entire average.

Extras and Distractions
We expect the Campeonato Brasileiro 2026 to be an exciting, energetic event. We ask competitors to prepare for solving in this environment, as we will not award extra attempts for every distraction. We expect distractions to occur, including (but not limited to):
* Cheering for competitors achieving fast results, as well as spectators moving around the room to see those results.
* Competitors making noise after achieving a fast result.
* Routine announcements, such as calling the next group. We will keep announcements during blindfolded events to a bare minimum, and make them as short as possible.

In situations like these, we will not award extra attempts for distractions. However, in more extreme situations, such as a physical distraction, lighting issues, or a large loud reaction from a competitor seated adjacent to you, we may award extras. This includes finals.

We encourage you to practice solving under distracting conditions, and to experiment with distraction-reducing tools such as (non-electronic) earmuffs or blinders.
