Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir. DEBES CUMPLIR CON TODOS.

1. Regístrate o inicia sesión en la página de la WCA.
2. El día 24 de agosto a las 20:00 GMT-6 entra a la pestaña de Registro y selecciona las categorías en las que vas a competir y después haces clic la casilla verde de registrarse.
3. Si eres de los primeros 100 competidores en realizar su registro, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago. Contarás con 48 horas para pagar la cuota de inscripción. En caso de que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera. IMPORTANTE: REVISA TU CORREO Y TU CARPETA DE SPAM CONSTANTEMENTE.
4. Una vez que hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo para realizar el pago, tu registro será aceptado.
5. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.

• Los registros se aprueban MANUALMENTE después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, así que por favor ten paciencia y confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada.
• Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante la página oficial del Club de Rubik Xalapa o por correo.

CUALQUIER PAGO REALIZADO ANTES DE LA APERTURA DEL REGISTRO O SIN HABER RECIBIDO UN CORREO POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONACIÓN EN SU TOTALIDAD.

Before registering read carefully all of the steps to follow. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL.

1) Sign up o sign in in the WCA website.
2) On august 24th at 20:00 GMT-6 enter to the register and select your events.
3) Check your email, including SPAM. If you are the first 100 register competitors you're going to receive an email with all the information and details to complete your registration payment. You will have 48 hours to complete your payment.
4) Once you complete all the email steps your registration is going to be accepted.
5) Verify that you are on the list of competitors.

• Keep in mind that the registrations are manually approved after the payment, so it is possible that your registration doesn't get approved immediately, but trust that we will keep the aprovements in the arrival order.
• If you have any doubts or problems with your registration, communicate with the team organizer immediately vial Club de Rubik Xalapa Official Page or by mail.
• Keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates on the competition. Once the registration is completed, the schedules can be modified or updated.

¿Cómo ubicar el lugar del evento?
El evento se llevará a cabo en la FAUV, (Facultad de Arquitectura De La Universidad Veracruzana, ubicado en Gonzalo Aguirre Beltrán, Zona Universitaria, 91090 Xalapa-Enríquez, Ver.. Las siguientes guías pueden auxiliar su ubicación:

De la Central de Autobuses de Xalapa (CAXA)
Llegar directamente del la central al auditorio puede resultar complicado, por lo que se sugieren dos cosas:
* Tomar un Taxi directo en la terminal.
* Ir a la parada de buses del lado derecho de la salida de CAXA y tomar el Autobús llamado ZONA UV/ CASTILLO/ RUIZ CORTINES es importante que diga "zona uv" ya que hay transportes con las ultimas dos direcciones pero no van a zona uv

Para esta ultima opción tendremos que hacer lo siguiente:
I. A la salida de la terminal caminar hacia la derecha, encontrarán la siguiente parada de autobus:

II. Tomar cualquiera que diga "ZONA UV " y bajar en la parada frente al Estadio Xalapeño o Gimnasio Xalapeño

III. Desde aqui se recomienda bajar a la calle Gonzalo Aguirre Beltrán con dirección a la cancha de futbol rapido de Arquitectura y seguir los pasos de la siguiente sección:

De la parada de bus a el edifico D de Arquitectura (Ver figura 1):

1. Caminar directamente a la placa de FAUV donde encontrarás el estacionamiento de maestros
2. Caminar por el andador con la dirección de frente y llegarás al edificio morado donde se celbrará la competencia

NOTA: en Xalapa el servicio de uber cuenta con pocos operadores, se recomienda otros servicios, como: Didi, Indrive.

How ​​to find the event venue?

From the Xalapa Bus Terminal (CAXA)
Getting directly from the bus terminal to the FAUV University can be complicated, so two options are suggested:

I. Go out the bus station and walk to the right. You will find the next bus stop:

II. Take any bus that says "ZONA UV" and get off at the stop in front of the Xalapeño Stadium or Xalapeño Gymnasium.

III. From here it is recommended to go down to Gonzalo Aguirre Beltrán street towards the Architecture indoor soccer field and follow the steps in the next section

1. Walk directly to the FAUV sign where you'll find the teachers' parking lot.
2. Walk straight ahead along the walkway and you'll reach the purple building where the competition will be held.

INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:
* Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 100 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
* Hasta el 15 de septiembre , cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
* Después del 16 de septiembre, se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
* Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
* Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo.

WAITING LIST INFORMATION:
* If the limit of 100 competitors has been reached, you can still register and pay the competition fee to secure a place on the waiting list.

Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar tu reembolso del 100% a través de mensaje directo a la página de Facebook Club de Rubik Xalapa. El reembolso se realizara manualmente por lo que debes de ser paciente en lo que se realiza tu reembolso.
