You are viewing the schedule for the venue Annuntia-Scholengroep Wijnegem.
The schedule is displayed in the timezone Europe/Brussels.
This competition is open to everyone.
The entry fee for competitors is €4, guests can attend free of charge. This must be paid online and in advance, by following the instructions below.
When 100 competitors have completed their registration by paying the entry fee, registration will be closed and a waiting list will be started.
If you registered but are unable to attend for some reason, you can cancel your registration by sending an email to the organizers. If you do this before the 9th of February (the Saturday before the competition), we will refund half of your entry fee.
If you want to change the events you're registered for, you can do so by sending an email to the organizers before the 9th of February. We will not add you to any new events after this date.
Competitors for each event are divided into groups. Some events (like 2x2 and 3x3) will have a lot of competitors and therefore many groups, while others (like megaminx) will only have 2 groups. At the competition, we will announce when a group starts so you can bring up your puzzle to the scrambling table and place it on the scorecard that has your name.
When arriving at the competition, go to the registration desk to receive the overview of the groups you are competing in and judging, scrambling or running for, during the first rounds. This is the minimum amount you should be helping out. If you want to help out more, you are always welcome to fill an empty judge seat. We appreciate this enormously as it helps us running the competition smoothly!
To be announced - check again a few days before the competition.
You can take the train to Antwerp Central Station first, which has plenty of direct connections.
From here on, the venue is easily accessible by either bus or tram. At Antwerp Central Station Perron 1 (the stop at the little square in front of the Central Station), you can either take busses 410, 411, 412, 413 or 414 to bus stop Wijnegem Dorp. The entrance of the venue is in the Kerkhofstraat.
You can also take trams 5 or 10 (direction Wijnegem) in the underground stations at Antwerp Central Station. Here you get off at Wijnegem Fortveld (the final destination), from there on it’s a 10-minute walk in the same direction.
These rides are all about 25-30 minutes.
Wijnegem is located near the E313 highway, 15-20 minutes from Antwerp.
Venue address: Kerkhofstraat, 2110 Wijnegem, Belgium
Parking: There are some parking spots around the school, these are indicated on the map. Otherwise you can simply park your car on other parking spots along the streets.
