There is no limit on the amount of guests a competitor can bring, but we ask the you please be reasonable, guests may sit at competitor practice tables if there are spots available, but competitors have priorities to those spots. There will be plenty of spots to sit and watch competitors without tables in the spectating area. Per regulation 7b spectators must be at least 1.5 meters from solving stations, recording is permetted but must follow the regulations which includes no flash photography. If you wish to help out as a spectator with judging/running that is greatly appreciated, before judging please make sure you go to the new competitor tutorial or watch this video. If you are a competitor bringing guests please make sure that they are familiar with the WCA regulations prior to coming to the competition.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask through email before the competition or in person during the competition.

Anyone is allowed to come without accompanying a competitor.

As this is a big cube competition there will be a good amount of popped pieces*, please make sure that you are familiar with regulation 5b5.

Only the competitor solving can pick up the piece, no judge or spectator is allowed to touch the piece. If you see someone pickup a popped piece make sure that they follow guideline A5b++, though the piece should not be picked up in the first place by anyone except the competitor.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask through email before the competition or in person during the competition.

*pieces that have become detached from the puzzle
