The organizers and/or present media companies may perform filming and photography at the competition for usage as photographic material of the competition. By being present at the competition premises, you acknowledge that you have been duly informed of any filming and photography that might take place at the competition, and fully acknowledge that the material may be used for any and all necessary purposes by the Vietnam Cube Association (VNCA) and its representatives, partners and affiliated sponsors. You also grant full, perpetual consent for VNCA and its representatives, partners and affiliated sponsors to use video and photographic material that contains your likeness and/or voice for any and all necessary purposes. Thí sinh cần kiểm tra tài khoản email thường xuyên để không bỏ lỡ các thông báo của ban tổ chức.
Các thí sinh lần đầu tham dự một giải đấu WCA cần mang giấy tờ tùy thân khi check-in vào địa điểm thi đấu để hoàn thành thủ tục đăng ký. Ban tổ chức sẽ có một buổi hướng dẫn cho các thí sinh mới trước khi giải đấu bắt đầu.
Toàn bộ thí sinh cần nắm rõ các Quy định WCA trước khi tham dự giải đấu. Để nắm rõ các phần cơ bản về bản Quy định và các quy trình thi đấu, các bạn có thể xem video này của CubeHead. Thí sinh cũng nên đọc các bản Hướng dẫn thi đấu và Hướng dẫn trọng tài.
Toàn bộ các thí sinh đều có nhiệm vụ phải lên làm trọng tài (judge) hoặc người tráo đề (scrambler) nếu được gọi tên. Ban tổ chức có quyền truất quyền thi đấu của thí sinh nếu thí sinh không thực hiện nhiệm vụ mà không có lý do chính đáng.
Thí sinh nên đến hội trường ít nhất 1 tiếng trước khi nội dung thi đấu bắt đầu, đề phòng trường hợp lịch trình thay đổi. Ban tổ chức sẽ truất quyền thi đấu của thí sinh nếu thí sinh không có mặt khi được gọi tên.
Trước giải đấu, mỗi thí sinh sẽ nhận được một email, trong đó có bao gồm các thông tin quan trọng về giải đấu, và link dẫn đến trang web competitiongroups.com. Thí sinh bấm vào đường link này và bấm vào tên của mình, trong đó sẽ có thông tin về nhóm thi như ví dụ sau:
Competitors should check their emails regularly so as to not miss announcements made by the organizing team.
First-time competitors are required to present personal documents (National Identification card/Passport) at the check-in desk at their first competition to verify their identity. A New Competitor Tutorial will be provided before the competition starts.
All competitors must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before the competition. An overview of the Regulations as well as competition procedures can be found in this video by CubeHead. Competitors are also encouraged to read the Competitor Tutorial as well as the Judging Tutorial.
Every competitor is obligated to serve as a judge or scrambler when called. The organization team reserves the right to disqualify a competitor who fails to serve without a valid reason.
Competitors should be present at the venue at least 1 hour before the scheduled start of their event to accommodate any scheduling changes. The organization team reserves the right to disqualify competitors who are not present when called to compete.
Before the competition, all competitors will receive an email containing important information about the competition, as well as a link to the competition's page on competitiongroups.com. Competitors are advised to access this link and click on their name to find their group assignments, as illustrated in the example above.

Giấy chứng nhận thi đấu sẽ được gửi cho thí sinh dưới dạng file PDF. Nếu thí sinh muốn đăng ký nhận giấy chứng nhận bản cứng, xin vui lòng nộp thêm phụ phí là 20,000 VND, và thí sinh cần ghi chú trong phần "Bình luận" ở đơn đăng ký.
Ví dụ: Bạn A đăng ký các môn 3x3x3, Skewb và Megaminx, có nhận giấy chứng nhận, và nộp tiền vào ngày 8 tháng 5. Tổng lệ phí của bạn A là 125,000 + 0 + 30,000 + 40,000 + 20,000 VND = 215,000 VND.
Lệ phí được thanh toán qua số tài khoản: NGUYEN HAI DUONG/19050200665013 (Techcombank), hoặc qua Paypal: haiduongnguyen32@gmail.com.
Nếu thanh toán Paypal, thí sinh sẽ phải chịu phí giao dịch. Thí sinh tính mức phí phải trả bằng công cụ ở link này, với mức "Fee rate" là "3.49% + $0.49 (Invoicing, PayPal Checkout, Venmo)"

Thí sinh liên lạc với BTC tại email haiduongnguyen32@gmail.com nếu muốn thanh toán bằng hình thức khác.
Nếu đơn đăng ký chưa đóng, thí sinh có thể thêm hoặc bớt nội dung thi đấu và được nhận hoàn tiền các nội dung đã bớt hoặc yêu cầu phải nộp bổ sung lệ phí các nội dung đăng ký thêm, hoặc hủy đơn đăng ký và nhận hoàn tiền toàn bộ. Sau khi đơn đăng ký đã đóng, BTC sẽ không tiếp nhận bất kỳ yêu cầu hoàn tiền nào.

Participation certificates will be emailed to competitors as a PDF file. If you wish to receive a printed certificate, please pay a surcharge of 20,000 VND and specify in the "Comments" section of your registration.
Example: Mr. A registers for 3x3x3, Skewb and Megaminx, requests a printed certificate, and completes his registration on May 8th. Mr. A's final fee amount is 125,000 + 0 + 30,000 + 40,000 + 20,000 = 215,000 VND.

If registrations have not yet closed, competitors can add or remove events and are eligible to receive refunds for omitted events or be requested to pay additional fees for events they have added, or to cancel their registration and receive a full refund. A: This competition is for all cubers, regardless of age, skill or nationality. Don't be discouraged by unsatisfactory results, as a WCA competition is more of a socializing space than a competitive one!
Q: Why am I not on the competitor list after paying the fee?
A: After a successful registration, which includes paying the fee in full, the registration will be approved within 24 hours. Please contact the organizing team if a registration remains unapproved after this timespan.
Q: What is the competitor limit for this competition?
A: This competition has a limit of 120 competitors. Registering early to secure a spot and enjoy the best fee rates is strongly advised.
Q: Can I register at the venue?
A: This competition does not allow for on-the-spot registration.
Q: Can competitors bring guests with them?
A: Competitors are allowed to bring guests with them to the venue. This number of guests are to be reported on the competitor's registration.

Nếu số lượng thí sinh đã đạt giới hạn, những thí sinh đăng ký sau sẽ được đặt trong danh sách chờ. Thí sinh tại vị trí số 1 được đưa vào danh sách chính thức nếu có thí sinh hủy đăng ký.

If the competitor limit is reached, subsequent registrants will be placed on the waitlist. The competitor at No. 1 on the waitlist will be placed on the official competitors list in the event that someone on the official list cancels their registration.
All competitors still on the waitlist after registrations have closed will be fully refunded.
