Incident description and resolution:

A competitor briefly used his phone to take a photo of his Fewest Moves solution sheet just before giving it to the Delegate. Although the competitor didn't try to use it for cheating; it's a clear violation of regulation 2i).

2i) While competing, competitors must not use electronics or audio equipment (e.g. cell phones, MP3 players, dictaphones, additional lighting) apart from the Stackmat timer or stopwatch.

Therefore the WRC decision is to change the affected attempt into DNF.
