There is a competitor limit of 350 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ¥200 (Chinese Renminbi Yuan).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of ¥50 (Chinese Renminbi Yuan).
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.
1.All registration must be done online via cubingchina.com.
2.Each player can be accompanied by one free guest.
3.For Chinese domestic participants, a completed registration is online registration plus prepaid registration fee.
4.For foreign participants, if you can't pay the fee online via Alipay, please contact the delegate by E-mail right after you finish the onlineregistration. Then we will make a reservation for you by manually accepting your registration and you can pay the fee by cash at the venue. Please check the competition website for registration and the other information.
5.A waiting list will not be in use.
This competition will feature a test of the new WCA format, called Head to Head. Cubers will face each other in a bracket. Competitors who win their matchups will advance, while those who lose will be eliminated from the bracket.
This format will be tested in 3×3 and 3×3 Blindfolded at this competition.
3x3x3 Blindfolded
The bracket will consist of 4 competitors (the top 4 by single times from the previous round). They will compete in a Best-of-1 format in the semifinals and the third-place match, and Best-of-3 in the final.
3x3x3 Cube
The bracket will consist of 12 competitors (the top 12 by average from the previous round). They will compete in Best-of-1 in the first round and quarterfinals, Best-of-3 in the semifinals and the third-place match, and Best-of-5 in the final.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
