There is a competitor limit of 20 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $10 (United States Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 90% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.
Only 1 guest per competitor will be allowed due to there being a limited number of chairs and space constraints. If more than one guest is listed, please explain to the organization team in your registration comment why this is necessary. We can only approve on a case-by-case basis.
Venue/Parking:

The competiton will take place in the main apartment's clubhouse (red square on the above map). There is no assigned or reserved parking, but many residents will already be parked so you may need to park a bit far from the front entrance.
Entrance:
You may enter at the front of the building, which will be unlocked at 6:30. The doors automatically lock so if you need to leave the building for some reason, make sure someone is available to let you back in.
Hotels:
There is no designated hotel for this competition. However, there are multiple hotels located in the Polaris/Westerville Area
Food:
There are a number of restaurants nearby. There will not be a dinner break for this competition, so please plan accordingly. Depending on registration and available funds, a group pizza order could be made.
This competition will feature Mirror Blocks as an unofficial event. Results will be hosted on CubingContests.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
