Registration requirements for the competition:

Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.

There is a competitor limit of 30 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $20,000 (Colombian Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $35,000 (Colombian Peso).
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 2 guests.

La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los
siguientes requisitos:

1. Si ya estás inscrito al torneo Colombian Nationals Eje Cafetero 2025 (No aplica para el de FMC), la inscripción tendría un 50% de descuento.
2. El valor de la inscripción es de $20.000 pesos colombianos hasta el 19 de Septiembre. A partir de esa fecha, el valor se incrementa a $30,000 pesos colombianos. Se aceptan registros en sitio con un valor de $35,000 pesos colombianos.
3. Se limita la asistencia a un máximo de 2 acompañantes por competidor.
4. Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
5. Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar las pestañas Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
6. Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
7. Hacer el pago de la inscripción a la cuenta de Nequi 3208450158.
8. Enviar comprobante de pago al WhatsApp +57 3208450158 con el nombre completo del participante ya registrado en la WCA en el torneo.
9. Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.

REGISTRATION

Participation in this competition requires the comprehension and
acceptance of the following requirements:

1. If you are already registered for the Colombian Nationals Eje Cafetero 2025 (does not apply to the FMC event), your registration will have a 50% discount.
2. The registration fee is COP 20,000 until September 19. After this date, the value increases to COP 30,000. On-site registrations costs COP 35,000.
3. Be familiar with the WCA rules since this is an official competition.
4. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 2 companions per competitor.
5. Carefully choose the events. Keep the rounds format, cutoffs, and limits in mind.
6. Register online completing the process here.
7. Pay your registration to Nequi account number: 3208450158
8. Send a screenshot or an image of the receipt through WhatsApp at +57 3208450158 with the competitor’s full name after he/she is registered on the competition website.
9. Wait for your registration to be approved online.
