Waterloo Favourites 2023 Series

This competition is in a series with Waterloo Favourites A 2023. You will only be able to compete in one of these two competitions. Attempting to register for both competitions will result in only one of your registrations being accepted.

Registration Reminders

Since this is a "favourites" competition, you may choose at most four (4) events.

You must register and pay the registration fee before your registration can be accepted. Unpaid registrations and registrations with more than four (4) events will not be accepted. See the Competitor List and Waiting List sections near the bottom of this page for more details.

Once your registration has been accepted, you will no longer be able to change your events by yourself. If you would like to change them, send the organization team an email and we will change your events for you as long as you inform us before February 4, 2023 at 7:00 PM EST.

Health and Safety (COVID-19) Protocols

Competitors may bring at most one (1) guest. Competitors over the age of 18 are encouraged to come without a guest.

Competitors must read the COVID-19 Safety Policy prior to registering.

Competitor List

Registrants must pay the registration fee in order to be added to the competitor list. Organizers manually accept registrations one at a time in the order the registration fees are paid, so you may have to wait a while before your name could show up on the competitor list.

Once the competitor list reaches the 150 competitor limit, registrants who pay the registration fee will be added to the waiting list instead of the competitor list. Due to the competitor limit, completing your registration within the initial registration period does not guarantee you a spot on the competitor list.

Waiting List

The waiting list is ordered based on the timestamp that registrants paid the registration fee. For privacy reasons, this list is not available to the public. If you are added to the waiting list you will be informed via an email from the Organization team.

Anyone on the waiting list who wishes to be removed from the waiting list may contact the organizers to delete their registration and be refunded 100% of their registration fee.

If the competitor list fills up quickly, registration could close earlier than the originally listed date (January 24, 2023). The waiting list will close at the same time that registration closes.

If anyone on the competitor list deletes their registration, the person at the top of the waiting list will be moved to the competitor list. After February 4, 2023, the competitor list will be finalized and registrants who are still on the waiting list will be refunded 100% of their registration fee.

Favourites Competition

Since this is a "favourites" competition, you may choose at most four (4) events. Registrations with more than four (4) events will NOT be accepted.
