You must register and pay online, or you will not be allowed to come to the competition. The guests field is to keep track of the number of people, competitors and non-competitors, coming to the competition. Once that total reaches ~70, we must shut down registration.
The fee is $3 for the first event, plus $1 for each additional event.

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
