Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition here.
There is a competitor limit of 75 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €15 (Euro).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

This competition is open to everyone. Registration starts on Friday, 4th of September at 8 pm.

The entry fees for competitors is €15, guests can attend free of charge. This must be paid in advance, by following the instructions below.

When 75 competitors have completed their registration by paying the entry fee, registration will be closed and a waiting list will be started.

How to register

  • Fill in the form on this site.
  • Pay the entry fee. You can only pay by credit card via the WCA website!
  • Then, we will accept your registration and your name will show up on the registration list. Your registration will only be accepted as soon as we have received your payment. Registrations will be accepted based on the moment of payment.

Cancellation

  • If you registered but are unable to attend for some reason, you can cancel your registration by sending an email to the organizers. If you do this before Friday, 4th of October (one week before the competition), we will refund half of your entry fee.
  • If we open the waiting list, competitors on it will be accepted until the Friday, 4th of September (one week before the competition).

Change events

You can change the events you are registered for on this site, until the Friday, 4th of October, 8pm.

Parkings are available close to the venue, two options are available:
* Place Albert 1er
* Avenue de la Hesbignonne
Both are free, there are around 100 spots total available, depending of the influx of people it should be easy to find a spot.
During Sunday parkings in the city are free, there are a lot of spots around the venue as well.

If you are coming by train, a train is coming from Liège-Guillemins every hour. The train station is only a few minutes away by walk from the venue.

There won't be any food available at the venue, however you have a Delhaiz accessible until 1pm, and a Point chaud accessible until 5pm. Keep this in mind to organise your lunch!

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.

Advancement Condition

The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
