We have reached the competitor limit of 75, and we have quite a big number of competitors on the waiting list, due to that we decided to close registrations. That means that only new registrations are not possible anymore, if you are on the waiting list or registered this doesn't affect you.

Cancellation

If you registered but are unable to attend for some reason, you can cancel your registration by sending an email to the organizers. If you do this before the 2nd of October at 8pm (the Friday before the competition), we will refund your entry fee.

Change events

You can change the events you are registered for on on this site, until the Friday before the competition.

Parkings are available close to the venue, two options are available:
* Place Albert 1er
* Avenue de la Hesbignonne
Both are free, there are around 100 spots total available, depending of the influx of people it should be easy to find a spot.
During Sunday parkings in the city are free, there are a lot of spots around the venue as well.

If you are coming by train, a train is coming from Liège-Guillemins every hour. The train station is only a few minutes away by walk from the venue.

There won't be any food available at the venue, however you have a Delhaiz accessible until 1pm, and a Point chaud accessible until 5pm. Keep this in mind to organise your lunch!
