Information

Panay Speedcubers, in partnership with Negros Speedcubers Organizing Committee presents the 7th Visayas Championship 2025. The first Visayas Championship outside the province of Cebu.

As a regional championship, this competition will recognize the fastest competitors in each respective event residing in Visayas.

Please take note that the schedule given is not fixed and may run ahead or behind depending on the competition flow that day. Please stay updated and be ready for any adjustments. We also recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your event to avoid missing it.

The base registration fee for this competition is ₱400 (Philippine Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

**If registration requirements are complete, we will reply with a confirmation message and approve your registration. No confirmation message, registration not approved.**

NOTE
1. Please follow the registration and payment instructions. We run on a first come, first serve basis. If the registration requirements are not properly followed until the registration period ends, your registration will not be approved and strictly NO REFUNDS.

2. Payment sent on the GCash account without confirmation as Registration payment will be considered as donations to the competition. As reiterated, please follow the registration requirements and instructions.

Responsibilities

All Competitors
● Visit Competition Groups to see your assigned tasks for the competition.
● Task assignments will strictly be followed. As per WCA Regulation 1e2, you are obliged to officiate/judge upon being called. Failure in doing such duties will result in your disqualification from the competition at the discretion of a WCA delegate.

New Competitors
● For first timers, it is highly encouraged to familiarize yourself with the WCA Regulations.
● To accustom yourself even more with how WCA competitions work, you are required to read the WCA First-time Competitor Guide and/or watch this Competitor Tutorial by WCA Delegate, Kit Clement.

● If you are still confused as to what the procedures are, there will be a live demonstration/tutorial before the competition starts.
● Have fun and don't hesitate to ask questions to the Delegate and Event Organizers.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
