How do I register?

• You need to pay the registration fee in advance in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payments.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 50 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register?
Registration will open on July 10th at 21:00 (CET) and close on August 26th at 23:59 (CEST).

How much does it cost?
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €15 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €25 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €15 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway.
You will be asked to fill the form at your first competition.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CEST) of August 26th you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, press "delete" here.

How does the waiting list work?
You will be put on the waiting list if you complete the registration process after the competitor limit has been reached.
If someone on the competitor list resigns, the first person on the waiting list will be accepted and will receive a confirmation email.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Saturday, August 26th, 2023 at 23:59 CEST. The waiting list will then be closed and all the competitors that didn't manage to secure a spot, will get a 100% refund on the registration fee.

Note: You will be put on the waiting list only after you have paid the registration fee.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are allowed, can attend for free.

Are guests allowed?
Guests are allowed, can attend for free.

• €25 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €15 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validità permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo.
Ti sarà chiesto di compilare un modulo per il consenso alla tua prima competizione ufficiale.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CEST) del 26 agosto hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, clicca "cancella" qui.

Come funziona la lista d'attesa?
Verrai messo in lista d'attesa se completi il processo di registrazione dopo che il limite è già stato raggiunto.
Se un partecipante rinuncia, la prima persona in lista d'attesa verrà accettata e riceverà una mail di conferma.
Le persone in lista d'attesa possono rientrare tra i partecipanti fino al 16 aprile 2023. Dopodichè la lista sarà chiusa e tutti coloro che non sono riusciti ad entrare riceveranno un rimborso del 100% sulla tassa di iscrizione.

N.B. Sarai considerato in lista d'attesa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

By car From Venice: take the A4/E70 Turin-Trieste motorway towards Trieste until the junction for the A23/E55 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway towards Udine-Tarvisio; exit at Gemona-Osoppo and follow the signs for Gemona/Tarvisio along the SS13; Venzone is 9 km to the north. At the entrance to the town, arriving from the south, go anticlockwise along the road that goes around the medieval walls. From Tarvisio: take the A23/E55 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway towards Udine-Venice; exit at the Carnia-Tolmezzo tollgate and follow the signs for Udine first along the SS52 and then along the SS13. Alternatively, from Tarvisio take the SS13 towards Udine. At the entrance to the town, arriving from the north, cross the bridge and, before entering the medieval walls, turn left. There is ample free parking near the school and the nearby sports ground.

By Train Venzone is on the Udine-Tarvisio line and only local trains stop there. The railway station is 300 metres from the southern entrance to the medieval walls.

In Auto
Da Venezia: Percorrere l'autostrada A4/E70 Torino-Trieste verso Trieste fino allo svincolo per la A23/E55 Palmanova-Tarvisio verso Udine-Tarvisio; uscire al Casello Gemona-Osoppo e seguire le indicazioni per Gemona/Tarvisio lungo la SS13; Venzone è 9 km a nord. All'ingresso del paese, arrivando da sud, percorrere in senso anti-orario la strada che gira intorno alle mura medievali.
Da Tarvisio: Percorrere l'autostrada A23/E55 Palmanova-Tarvisio verso Udine-Venezia; uscire al Casello Carnia-Tolmezzo e seguire le indicazioni per Udine prima lungo la SS52 ed in seguito lungo la SS13. In alternativa, da Tarvisio percorrere la SS13 verso Udine. All'ingresso del paese, arrivando da nord, attraversare il ponte e, prima di entrare dentro le mura medievali, girare a sinistra.
Vi è ampia disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito nei pressi della scuola e del vicino Campo Sportivo.

In Treno
Venzone è collocata sulla linea Udine-Tarvisio e si fermano solo treni locali. La stazione ferroviaria è a 300 metri dall'ingresso sud delle mura medievali.

There are a number of B&Bs and rooms to rent in the town centre, close to the event venue, which can be easily found on booking sites. There are the hotels Hotel Carnia (hamlet Carnia, 5 km north) and Alma Living Hotel al Girarrosto (hamlet Portis, 2 km north). Other hotels in the municipality of Gemona (7-8 km south)

Ci sono vari B&B e affittacamere, nel Centro Storico del paese, vicino alla sede dell'evento, facilmente reperibili sui siti di prenotazioni.
Ci sono gli hotel Hotel Carnia (frazione Carnia, 5 km a nord) e Alma Living Hotel al Girarrosto (frazione Portis, 2 km a nord). Altri hotel nel comune di Gemona (7-8  km a sud)

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.
