The base registration fee for this competition is $25,000 (Colombian Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $40,000 (Colombian Peso).
REGISTRO
- El valor de la inscripción es de $25.000 COP hasta el 1 de agosto, de $30.000 COP del 2 al 7 de agosto, y de $40.000 COP para las inscripciones realizadas el día del torneo.
- Conocer el Reglamento de la WCA, ya que este es un torneo oficial.
- Elegir cuidadosamente los eventos en los que deseas inscribirte después de revisar las pestañas Eventos y Cronograma. Presta especial atención a los formatos de las rondas, así como a los cortes (cutoffs) y límites de tiempo.
- Inscribirte en línea completando el proceso de registro aquí.
- Realizar el pago de la inscripción a la cuenta Nequi 320 800 2968.
- Enviar el comprobante de pago por WhatsApp al 320 800 2968, indicando el nombre completo del participante tal como aparece registrado en la WCA para el torneo.
- Esperar a que el registro en línea sea aprobado.
REGISTRATION
- The registration fee is COP $25,000 until August 1, COP $30,000 from August 2 to August 7, and COP $40,000 for registrations made on the day of the competition.
- Be familiar with the WCA Regulations, as this is an official WCA competition.
- Choose your events carefully after reviewing the Events and Schedule tabs. Pay close attention to the round formats, cutoffs, and time limits.
- Register online by completing the registration process here.
- Make the registration payment via Nequi to +57 320 800 2968.
- Send the payment receipt via WhatsApp to +57 320 800 2968, including the full name of the participant as registered in the WCA competition.
- Wait for your online registration to be approved.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
Advancement Condition
The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
