Prota Cubing Club is a youth-led organization based in Kampala, Uganda, dedicated to promoting the intellectual sport of speedcubing among young people.

Founded by Tandeka Tumwesigye (16) and Ethan Kigundu (17), the club fosters creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking through the art of solving Rubik’s Cubes.

As the driving force behind one of Uganda's first-ever Rubik’s Cubing competitions, Prota Cubing Club aims to establish cubing as a mainstream sport by creating school-based clubs, organizing coaching programs, and hosting regional tournaments. With a vision to position Uganda as a hub for competitive cubing in East Africa, the club is making strides toward hosting many more events and meet-ups, ensuring the sport remains inclusive and accessible to all enthusiasts.
