The base registration fee for this competition is $10 (United States Dollar).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

• La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los siguientes requisitos:

Forma de pago alternativa para extranjeros. Realizar el pago el día del evento. Anunciar en la sección de comentarios.
3. Enviar comprobante en foto y datos del competidor al email cubingpanama@gmail.com y colocar como asunto -Pago UTP Open 2026-
4. Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.
5. Agregar/Remover Eventos
Competidores no podrán remover eventos después que el registro cierre.
Competidores pueden remover o añadir eventos editando su registro, también es aceptable no presentarse a cualquier evento en el que no desees competir, si existe la posibilidad de que quieras participar en un evento, deberías registrarte para este.
6. Lista de espera
Si el registro se llena, colocaremos a los competidores en una lista de espera. Para entrar a la lista de espera debes registrarte y realizar el pago.
7. Si un competidor notifica que no asistirá, no se realizará ningún reembolso. La primera persona en la lista de espera lo reemplazará. Competidores podrán ser reemplazados hasta el 27 de abril de 2026, 6:00 pm UTC-5. Ningún competidor será agregado el día de la competencia.

• Participation in this tournament requires understanding the following requirements:
1. Complete the registration correctly (registration tab).
2. Make the registration payment at Banco General, via deposit or transfer to Savings Account No. 0448983356074 in the name of Egdar Castillo.

Alternative payment method for foreigners: Make the payment on the day of the event. Announce it in the comments section.
3. Send a photo of the payment receipt and the competitor's information to cubingpanama@gmail.com with the subject line "UTP Open 2026 Payment".
4. Wait for the electronic registration to be accepted.
5. Adding/Removing Events
Competitors will not be able to remove events after registration closes. Competitors can remove or add events by editing their registration. It is also acceptable not to attend any event in which you do not wish to compete. If there is a possibility that you would like to participate in an event, you should register for it.
6. Waiting List
If registration fills up, competitors will be placed on a waiting list. To be added to the waiting list, you must register and make the payment.
7. If a competitor notifies us that they will not attend, no refund will be issued. The first person on the waiting list will replace them. Competitors may be replaced until April 27, 2026, at 6:00 pm UTC-5. No competitors will be added on the day of the competition.
