WCAシリーズ大会

「Tokyo Open AM Winter 2025/Tokyo Open PM WInter 2025/Tokyo Open FMC Winter 2025」はWCAシリーズ大会です。
WCAシリーズ大会は複数の大会を一連のシリーズとして扱うもので、それらのうち一つにのみ参加できます。
複数に申込んだ場合は、申込完了日時が最も早いものだけを受理し、その他は無効となります。

各大会の種目、ラウンド数、開場時刻、定員は以下の通りです。
　・AM大会：3x3x3 キューブ 2ラウンド、開場時刻 9:10　定員56名
　・PM大会：3x3x3 キューブ 2ラウンド、開場時刻 13:00　定員56名
　・FMC大会：3x3x3 最小手数 1ラウンド、開場時刻 9:45　定員30名

当日の来場時刻

AM大会については、必ず受付時間内の9:10から9:30の間にお越しください。
PM大会については、開場時刻の13:00までは会場に入れません。必ず13:00から13:20の間にお越しください。
FMC大会については、開場時刻の9:45までは会場に入れません。必ず9:45から10:15の間にお越しください。
AM大会は9:20から、PM大会は13:20から競技・ジャッジ・ランナーのレクチャーを行います。スピードキュービングの競技やジャッジ、ランナーを初めてなされる方は競技・ジャッジ・ランナーのレクチャーにご参加ください。
※会場は他のイベントでも使用されている為、会場前の廊下など建物内での待機はできません。

参加費の支払い方法

参加費は受付時にお支払いください。
支払い方法は現金のみです。

競技者以外のご入場

会場定員の都合上、入場者の数を制限させていただいています。
見学者（競技の観戦だけをされる方）の入場は会場定員の都合上、受け付けていません。
競技者が未成年者や身体的サポートが必要な方の場合、会場までの移動のサポート及び会場での安全の確保のため保護者・サポート者の方1名まで同伴していただくことは可能です。競技者が成人の方で身体的サポートの必要がない場合は、同伴者（ご友人など）のご入場はできません。
なお後日、当日スタッフを募集する可能性があります。当日スタッフとして登録されたかたはご入場していただくことは可能です。

ジャッジ・スクランブラー等の役割分担

WCA大会では、ご自身の競技参加のほか、他者の競技スタッフとしてジャッジやスクランブラ―をはじめとした役割が割り振られます。個人ごとの役割分担表は参加申し込み締め切り後にお伝えします。

競技参加者が年少者の場合など、自身での担当が困難なときには保護者などに代理でご協力いただくことがあります。具体的な作業の流れを確認する時間を大会当日に設けますので、不慣れな方は必ずご参加ください。

WCA Series Competitions

Tokyo Open AM Winter 2025/Tokyo Open PM WInter 2025/Tokyo Open FMC Winter 2025 are recongnized as WCA series competitions.
WCA series competitions are a series of multiple competitions. You can participate in only one of them.
If you register for more than one competition in a series, only the earliest registration will be valid, and the others will be invalid.

The events, number of rounds, opening time, and maximum number of players for each event are as follows:
　AM : 3x3x3 Cube 2 rounds, open at 9:10, limit of competitors 56
　PM : 3x3x3 Cube 2 rounds, open at 13:00, limit of competitors 56
　FMC：3x3x3 Fewest Moves 1 round, open at 9:45, limit of competitors 30

Arrival Information

For the AM competition, please be sure to arrive for check-in between 9:10 and 9:30.
For the PM competition, please be sure to arrive for check-in between 13:00 and 13:20. Competitors won't be allowed to enter until 13:00.
For the FMC competition, please be sure to arrive for check-in between 9:45 and 10:15.
*Judge and runner lecture will be held at 9:20 for AM and 13:20 for PM. If this is your first time assigned as a judge or runner, please join the lecture session.
*The hallway is shared with other events/business. Please do not stay in the building hallway before check-in.

How to pay the participation fee

Please pay the participation fee at check-in.
Payment must be made in cash only.

Limit of non-competitor Guest

We apply guest limitaion due to the venue capacity.
We do not accept spectors.

Underage competitors or those who has accessibility needs may bring up to one non-competitor guest. Adults and those who do not have accessibilty needs please refrain from bringing guests into the venue.

We may request volunteer staffs for the competition in a later day. Those who are selected to be staffs will be accepted to enter the venue.

The roles of judges and scramblers

According to regulations 1e2 and 1f2, all competitors must be prepared to perform duties as judges, scramblers and other roles required.
For younger competitors or those unable to fulfill these roles, we may ask parents or guardians to assist on their behalf. Staff procedures will be lectured at the venue.
