• 参加申し込みは本ウェブサイトで行います
• 参加費は会場で現金でお支払いいただきます
• 参加申し込みが完了しても、参加定員数の都合などの関係で参加が認められない場合があります。
• 本大会は申し込みが85名を超えた場合自動で申し込みが終了します。ご留意ください。
• 参加申し込みは先着順で承認されます。申込み承認された方にはメールを送信いたします。
• 個別に配慮を要する特別な事情があれば、事前にお問い合わせください。（kurukurukai-tokyobldspring2026@googlegroups.com）
• 会場内および会場周辺でのゴミの不適切な処分が確認された場合、今後の公共施設の利用が困難になる可能性があります。
• ゴミは必ず各自でお持ち帰りください。 また、忘れ物には十分ご注意ください。会場での忘れ物は、原則として処分いたします。
• 現在、池上会館は改装工事中です。大会当日は日曜日のため工事を行わない予定ですが、工事全体の進行具合により工事が行われる可能性が残っているとのことです。万が一工事が行われた場合、試技中に騒音が発生する可能性があることにご留意ください。
• 本大会は、競技に参加しない時間帯の競技者の方々に、決勝戦を含むジャッジ及びスクランブラー対応を行っていただくことを前提としたスケジュールとなっております。以下の点にご留意ください。

1. 遅刻した場合は失格となることがあります（WCA Regulations 2k1）
2. デリゲートの承認がない限り、競技者は進出できなかった種目の決勝においてジャッジまたはスクランブラーとして対応できるよう会場に滞在しなければなりません。従わない場合、失格となることがあります。(WCA Regulations 1e2, 1f2)

参加申込み内容の変更・キャンセル

• 参加申し込みの登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は、kurukurukai-tokyobldspring2026@googlegroups.comまでご連絡ください。

参加費

• 1種目参加：2,000円
• 2種目参加：3,000円
• 3種目参加：4,000円

Registration

• Registration is available on this website.
• The fee will be paid in cash at the venue.
• Even if you have completed the registration, you may not be allowed to participate in the event due to the number limitation of participants.
• Please note that registration for this competition will automatically close once it exceeds 85 participants.
• Applications will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis. An email will be sent to those whose applications have been approved.
• If you have special circumstances that require individual consideration, please contact us in advance. (kurukurukai-tokyobldspring2026@googlegroups.com)
• If improper disposal of trash is found in or around the venue, it may become difficult for us to use public facilities in the future. Please be sure to take all trash home with you.
• Also, please take care not to leave any belongings behind. Any lost items left at the venue will, as a general rule, be disposed of.
• The venue is currently undergoing renovation work. Although no construction is scheduled on the day of the competition since it is a Sunday, the venue has informed us that construction may still take place depending on the overall progress of the project. Please note that if construction is carried out, noise may occur during attempts.
• This competition schedule is based on the premise that competitors not participating in events during certain events will assist with judging and scrambling duties, including finals. Please note the following points:

1. Arriving late may result in disqualification (WCA Regulations 2k1)
2. Unless approved by a delegate, competitors must remain at the venue to serve as a judge or scrambler for finals in events they did not advance to. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. (WCA Regulations 1e2, 1f2)

Changing or canceling your registration

• If you wish to change your registration details (e.g., add more events, change the number of accompanying persons, etc.) or cancel your participation, please contact us at kurukurukai-tokyobldspring2026@googlegroups.com

Fee

• 1 event: 2,000 yen
• 2 events: 3,000 yen
• 3 events: 4,000 yen

競技参加者以外の来場について

• 競技参加者への同伴は2名まで認められます。参加申込フォームの該当項目に同伴者数を入力してください。同伴者の会場入場料は一人当たり1000円です。当日受付でお支払いください。
• 参加申し込みフォームで申し込まれる同伴者以外で、見学を希望される方はメールにてお名前を記載の上ご連絡ください（入場料1,000円）。
• 競技参加者以外の方も受付時間（09:30～09:40）にお越しください。

Non-competitors attendance follows the policys below.

• Two guests is allowed to accompany a participant in the competition. Please enter the number of guests on your registration form. The admission fee for the accompanying person is 1000 JPY per person. Please pay the fee at the reception desk on the day of the event.
• If you wish to visit without registering as a guest on the registration form, please contact us by e-mail with your name (admission fee 1,000 yen).
• Non-competitors should checkin during the reception period (9:30 to 9:40).

表彰

• 各種目上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
• 国内記録、大陸記録、世界記録を樹立した選手を表彰します。

Award

• The top three finishers in each event will be recognized and awarded certificates.
• Certificates will also be given to the competitors who have recorded their NR(national record), CR(continental record), and WR(world record).

競技グループ分けおよび役割分担は、大会数日前に共有する予定です。

The competition groupings and role assignments are scheduled to be shared a few days before the event.

WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）
このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。予めご了承ください。

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)
For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。

• 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーステートメントに準じます。参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別等はインターネット上に公開されます。
• 撮影した写真や映像を大会関係者のSNS/HPなどで使用することがあります。
• 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。それらの映像や取材内容が、メディアにより使用（放映等）される場合があります。
• 大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。
• 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。大会における未成年者の安全確保に関しましては、大会実施中および大会会場への往復を含む移動中においても保護者の皆様に監督責任があることをご理解いただきますようお願いいたします。未成年者が事故やトラブルに巻き込まれることのないようご配慮のほど、よろしくお願いします。
• 受付時間は09:30〜09:40です。 受付時間内にお越しください。 受付時間に受付を済ませられない場合、失格となる場合があります(規則2k1)
• 大会終了後に発覚した忘れ物について、運営チームでは一切対応いたしかねます。忘れ物を運営チームが持ち帰ることはありません。ご自身の貴重品や荷物は、ご自身の責任で管理いただきますようお願いいたします。紛失・盗難などのトラブルにつきましても、運営側では責任を負いかねます。
• 自然災害や不測の事態により、WCA Delegate不在でイベントを実施する一方で、WCA公式記録として認められない可能性があります。この場合であっても参加費の返還などは行いません。

Please note the following before participating in the competition.

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the WCA Privacy Statement (https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/privacy). The competition results, names, nationalities, genders, etc. will be published on the Internet.
• Photos and videos taken during the competition may be used on the social media platforms and websites of the competition organizing team.
• Media representatives may film the event or interview participants. Such footage and interviews may be used and broadcasted by the media.
• The competition may be canceled at short notice.
• Participants under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent. Regarding the safety of minors during the event, including during transportation to and from the venue, we kindly ask that parents/guardians understand that they are responsible for supervising their children at all times. We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that minors are not involved in accidents or incidents.
  
• Check-in hours are from 9:30 AM to 9:40 AM. Please arrive during registration hours. If you are unable to complete check-in during the designated time, you may be disqualified (Regulation 2k1).
  
• The organizing team will not be able to assist with any lost items discovered after the competition. The organizing team will not store any lost items. Please manage your own valuables and belongings at your own risk. The organizing team will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
  
• In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, the competition may be held without a WCA Delegate present, in which case it may not be sanctioned as an official WCA competition. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
