WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）

このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。参加申し込み後は登録したメールアドレスのメールボックスを確認すること、および回答にご協力ください。

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)

For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition. Please check the mailbox of the registered email address and submit a response.

Accompanying Persons

①Family or friends of competitors who wish to enter the venue

初心者レクチャー

大会初心者の方に向けて、競技の進め方とルールを説明します。
11:35から開始予定ですが、スケジュールの進行具合により前後する可能性があるので
11:00までに会場へお越しください。

Reception Time

Please arrive and check in before your role and event begins.

For those participating in morning events (Clock, Skewb): Morning reception time (9:10-9:25)

For those participating only in afternoon events (3x3x3, 7x7x7): Morning reception time or during lunch break (until 13:00)

Beginner's Lecture

We will explain the competition procedures and rules for beginners. The lecture is scheduled to start at 11:35, but please note that the schedule may change slightly. Please arrive at the venue by 11:00.

競技グループ分けおよび役割分担は、大会一週間前ぐらいに公開する予定です。

The competition groupings and role assignments are scheduled to be published around one week before the event.

各種目上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
NR、CR、WRを更新した選手を表彰し、賞状を授与します。

The top three finishers in each event will be recognized and awarded certificates.
Certificates will also be given to the athletes who have updated their NR, CR, and WR.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。

• 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
• 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
• 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
• 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
• 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のHPなどで使用することがあります。
• 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
• 大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。

• If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
• Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
• Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
• Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
• For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
• Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
• Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason.
