Tivat Open 2026 je osmo po redu takmičenje koje se održava u Crnoj Gori. Svako može da se takmiči, nezavisno od njihove nacionalnosti ili godina, ali moraju biti upoznati sa WCA Regulacijama i moraju da ih pročitaju prije takmičenja.

Tivat Open 2026 is the 8th speedcubing competition in a row that's being held in Montenegro. Anyone can participate, no matter which nationality or age they are, but they need to be familiar with the WCA Regulations and read them before the competition.

Da bi registracija bila kompletna potrebno je da WCA ID bude povezan sa WCA profilom. Takođe moguće je da bude kompletna i ako se takmičar nije takmičio prije, ali ima WCA profil, uz pružene sve lične informacije.

Molimo Vas da provjeravate e-mail adresu redovno, zato što ćete morati da potvrdite registraciju putem e-mail-a.

Ako se prijavite na takmičenje, a ne pojavite se (i ne obavijestite nas prije zatvaranja prijava da nećete doći), ubuduće ćete moći da se takmičite na našim takmičenjima samo ako platite kotizaciju sa ovog takmičenja. Ako je limit takmičara dosegnut, a Vi niste odgovorili na mail o potvrdi dolaska, bićete obrisani sa liste prijavljenih.

Kotizacija iznosi 25EUR, koja se plaća na takmičenju, nezavisno od broja dana ili kategorija u kojima se takmičite.

Lista čekanja:
* Nakon što je limit od 50 takmičara dostignut lista čekanja će biti otvorena.
* Nove prijave će biti dodate na listu čekanju po redu prijave.
* Takmičari sa liste čekanja će biti prihvaćeni na takmičenje jedino ukoliko se oslobodi mjesto.
* Možete se raspitati o Vašoj poziciji na listi čekanja kod organizacionog tima.

Ukoliko želite da promijenite kategorije u kojima se takmičite, kontaktirajte organizatora putem mail-a i napišite koje promjene želite da izvršite do 20.11.2026. (23:00 po lokalnom vremenu). Nakon ovog datuma neće biti moguće dodavati kategorije u kojima se takmičite. Ukoliko ne želite da se takmičite u nekoj kategoriji za koju ste se prijavili, prihvatljivo je i da se samo ne pojavite u vrijeme te kategorije na takmičenju.

We consider a registration complete, when the WCA ID has been connected to the WCA account, or if the competitor has not competed before, but has a complete WCA account, providing all the personal data. Accepting completed registrations are on a first come first serve basis.

Please make sure to check your e-mail address on a regular basis, because registrations might need to be confirmed via e-mail. If the limit will be reached and you didn't reply to the confirmation mail you will be deleted from the registration list.

If you register to the competition, but don't show up (and don't let us know before the deadline of the online registration), afterwards you can only take part at competitions organized by us, if you pay this registration fee as well.

The registration fee is 25EUR flat, which must be paid on site, no matter in how many events/days you will compete.

Waiting List:
* Once the competitor limit of 50 has filled, the waiting list will be opened.
* New registrations will be added to a waitlist and sorted in the order of time of registration.
* Waitlisted competitors will only be added to the competition if an existing competitors withdraws.
* You may enquire about your position on the waiting list by contacting the organizational team.

You may change the events you are registered for by contacting the organization team by the 20th of November 2026 (11:00PM local Podgorica time). After this date it is no longer possible to add events. It is also acceptable not to show up for any event you do not wish to compete in.

Postupak registracije:
(Ako već imate otvoren WCA nalog onda možete preskočiti 1. i 2. korak. A ako je Vaš WCA ID (WCA identifikacioni broj) povezan sa Vašim nalogom onda možete preskočiti i 3. korak)

Kreirajte svoj WCA nalog
Morate koristiti Vaše puno ime i prezime. Ako ste se već takmičili na zvaničnim takmičenjima koristite e-mail adresu koju ste već koristili za WCA registraciju i koju redovno koristite/provjeravate. Na Vaš e-mail dobićete link za verifikaciju, klikom na taj link vaš nalog će biti verifikovan.
Unesite svoje lične podatke
Prijavite se na Vaš WCA nalog i kliknite na "Notifications"/"Obaveštenja". Tu će Vam se pojaviti link: "Vaš profil je nepotpun". Kliknite na taj link i unesite Vaš datum rodjenja, pol i zemlju iz koje dolazite da biste završili Vaš nalog.
Registracija za takmičenje
Kada imate funkcionalan WCA nalog, možete se prijaviti za takmičenje na WCA websajtu.

Imajte na umu da proces prihvatanja registracije nije automatski te da može potrajati nekoliko dana.
Ako želite promijeniti Vašu registraciju, molimo Vas da se ne registrujete ponovo već da se javite na e-mail organizatora i napišete šta želite da izmijenite.

Krajnji rok za registraciju i promjenu registracije je: 20. novembra 2026. 23:00 (Crnogorsko lokalno vreme).

Steps of registration (if you have WCA Account, you can skip 1st and 2nd step; if you have your WCA ID linked, you can also skip 3rd step):

Create a WCA account
You have to use your full name. If you ever competed before at official competition, use an e-mail address that you already used for WCA registration and which you check regularly. You will get a confirmation link in e-mail and by clicking on that your Account will be validated.
Give your personal data
Sign in with your WCA account and click to the "Notifications". There will be a "Your profile is incomplete" link. Click here and provide your Gender, Birthdate and Country to finish your account.
Register to the competition
After having a full WCA account you can register to the competition in the WCA website.

Please keep in mind, that accepting the registrations is not automatic so the process can take a few days.
If you would like to change your registration, please do not register again, but write an e-mail to the organizers and tell them what you want to change.

Deadline for registration and changes is: November 20th, 2026, 23:00 (Montenegro Local Time).

Informacije za nove takmičare

Ako ste novi takmičar, važno je da ste upoznati sa Pravilnikom. Pravilnik je veoma dug i dosta vremena je potrebno da se prouče, tako da ne brinite ako se ne sjećate svega! Zbog toga imamo video koji objašnjava proceduru takmičenja koju preporučujemo da gledate prije nego što prisustvujete: Takmičarski vodič. Takođe ćemo održati uvod u to kako se takmičiti prema rasporedu, za koji vam preporučujemo da prisustvujete.
Novi takmičari moraju donijeti neki oblik identifikacije koju će pokazati na takmičenju kako bi potvrdili ime, zemlju za koju se žele takmičiti i datum rođenja.
Uobičajene stavke koje ljudi donose su pasoši, izvod iz matične knjige rođenih, vozačke dozvole itd. Dokle god ima vaše ime, datum rođenja i zemlju, onda će biti u redu.
Ako imate bilo kakvih pitanja, preporučujemo vam da provjerite Često postavljana pitanja (FAQ) u slučaju da su ranije postavljena. Ali vi ste više nego dobrodošli da nas kontaktirate na linku na stranici Generalne Informacije / General Info.

Informacije za sve konkurente

Molim vas, pomozite u suđenju! Oslanjamo se na redovne takmičare da bi se takmičenje odvijalo prema rasporedu. Nije toliko teško, a i roditelji mogu pomoći! Ako želite da naučite proceduru onda ćemo to objasniti tokom uvoda u takmičenje, a ako još uvijek ne razumijete, možemo vam pokazati i tokom rundi. I možete suditi kad god želite.
Međutim, ako se takmičite u nekom eventu, od vas se očekuje da pomognete da sudite za taj event. Provjerite svoj lični raspored koji ćete dobiti na takmičenju da vidite kada morate da sudite.
Nema fotografisanja sa blicem pod bilo kojim okolnostima unutar prostora. Izuzetno ometa takmičare.
Ako ste gledalac, molimo vas da ostanete udaljeni 1.5m od takmičara prema Pravilniku 7b.
Molimo vas da s poštovanjem tretirate prostor, stavite sve smeće u kante, crne vreće za smeće, ili ponesete kući sa sobom i održite svoju okolinu urednom.
Na ovim događajima ima na hiljade zagonetki, pobrinite se da svoje držite zajedno tako da ih ne izgubite! Preporučuje se da ih držite u vrećici i pazite na nju.
Za vrijeme slaganja s povezom na očima, molimo vas da ostanete tihi na mjestu održavanja. Ovi događaji zahtjevaju visoku koncentraciju i svaka buka može da ometa. Objavićemo kada će se početi tišina i kada ćete opet moći da razgovarate.

New Competitor Information

If you are a new competitor, it is important that you are familiar with the Regulations. The regulations are very long and are quite a lot to take in so don't worry if you don't remember it all! Because of this, we have a video that explains the competing procedure which we recommend to watch before attending: Competing Tutorial. We will also be holding an introduction to competing as per the Schedule which we recommend you attend as well.

New competitors must bring some form of ID to show at the competition to confirm the name, the country they wish to compete for, and the date of birth registered with. The usual items of ID that people bring are Passports, Birth Certificates, Driver's Licenses, etc. As long as it has your name, date of birth, and country, then it will be fine.

Information for All Competitors

Please help judge! We rely very heavily on regular competitors to make the competition run to schedule. It is not very difficult to do, and even parents can do it! If you'd like to learn the procedure then we will explain it during the introduction to competing, and if you still don't quite understand we can show you during the rounds as well. And you may judge whenever you want.
However, if you are competing in an event then you are expected to help judge for that event. Check your personal schedule that you will receive at the competition to see when you have to judge.
No flash photography under any circumstance within the venue. It is extremely distracting for competitors.
If you are a spectator, please stay 1.5m away from competitors at all times as per Regulation 7b.
Please treat the venue with respect, put all of your rubbish in bins, black bin bags, or take it home with you and keep your area tidy.
There are thousands of puzzles at these events, make sure to keep yours together so you don't lose them! Keeping them in a bag and looking after it at all times is recommended.
During blindfolded events, please stay silent within the venue. These events require a high amount of concentration and any noise can be distracting. We will announce when the silence will begin and when you may talk within the venue again.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.

Advancement Condition

The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
