The step of registration is as below
1. Log in with your WCA Account. If you don't have one, sign up here
2. Register the competition here.
3. After registered, you'll be able to see the button to pay the registration fee.
4. Your registration will be accepted within 24 hours after you have paid the fee and you will recieved email "Your registration for Thailand Cool Down 2025 has been accepted". You can check the list of accepted competitors here
If your registration is not accepted within 24 hours, please contact us.
5. After completing your registration, please check your email at least once a week to recieve an important information and news about the competition.
6. If you want to cancel your registration, please tell us by with form in this link
If you cancel your registration before 1 November 2025 20:00 GMT+7, you will be refunded 50%

If you register after the competitors reach the limit, you will be put in a queue after you paid the registration fee (or sent proof of payement to us if you are unable to pay with credit card).
When any confirmed competitor cancels his or her registration. Your registration will be confirmed according to the order of payment.
If you are not accepted by 1 November 2025, you will be refunded

You must register + pay the registration fee in advance in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payments

This competition will place at Fortune Town, 4th Floor, Activity Area.

Fortune Town is on Ratchada Road. If you come from Suvarnabhumi Airport, We've recommend you to take publc taxi at level 1 - cost is about 300 THB(not include 50 THB of airport fee and expressway fee) or take Airport Rail Link to Makasan Station and take MRT to Rama 9 station
If you come from other place in Bangkok we've recommendd you to take a MRT to Rama9 station.That's better and easy way to come here.

Q : ถ้าต้องมาเป็นกรรมการ ต้องทำอะไรบ้าง

A : ควรเตรียมรูบิกในประเภทที่ตนเองลงแข่งไว้ เนื่องจากในงานไม่ได้มีเตรียมไว้ให้ และสำหรับผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่แข่งครั้งแรก ให้เตรียมหลักฐานเพื่อใช้ยืนยันตัวตน เช่นเอกสารตัวจริงหรือสำเนาของเอกสารที่ราชการออกให้ (บัตรประชาชน, บัตรประจำตัวผู้ขับขี่, หนังสือเดินทาง, ฯลฯ) มาด้วย

Q : ในงานแข่ง สามารถใช้รูบิกแบบไหนแข่งได้บ้าง
A : ท่านสามารถใช้รูบิกแบบไหนก็ได้ สีอะไรก็ได้ในการแข่งขัน แต่จะต้องไม่เป็นอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (เช่น Smart Cube), ไม่มีชิ้นส่วนที่โปร่งแสง, ไม่มีรอยขีดข่วนหรือตำหนิบนชิ้นส่วนที่สามารถมองเห็นได้หรือสัมผัสได้ชัดเจน, รูบิกต้องไม่มีโลโก้มากกว่าหนึ่งชิ้น และไม่สามารถใช้รูบิกที่มีสติ๊กเกอร์ทับบนชิ้นส่วนสี (เช่นรูบิกแบบ Carbon Fiber) หากท่านไม่มั่นใจว่ารูบิกของท่านสามารถใช้แข่งขันได้หรือไม่ ท่านสามารถดูรูปภาพประกอบได้ที่นี่

Q : How do I register a competition?
A : We recommend you to read the registration instructions on the competition's website, which can be accessed here

Q : Is there any qualifications or any additional conditions for competing?
A : There is no qualifications or any additional conditions for competing, any gender and age can all compete in this competition.

Q : Will there be an age grouping in the competition?
A : There will be no age grouping in this competition, every competitors will be ranked together.

Q : I have already paid for the registration fee, but my name's not there!? What should I do?
A : After you have paid for the registration fee, your registration will be accepted in 24 hours after your registration fee has been paid, you will receive an email informing that "Your registration for Zeer Rangsit Cubing 2025 has been accepted". If after 24 hours you haven't received any email, please contact us here

Q : When should I arrive at the venue?
A : You should be at the venue for at least 30 minutes before your group's competing time in the schedule.

Q : When and where can I check the groups that I need to compete in?
A : The link for competition's group will be announced at Group / กลุ่ม tab in the competition's website or you can check in your email that you use to register for the competition. We will update and publish the group around 7 days before competition day. Please check your competing date, time, group number and assignments (if any, e.g. judging, scrambling) before competition day.

Q : What is a judge? What do I need to do?
A : Your duty as a judge is to make sure that competitors' solves are going according to WCA Regulations and to determine if there must be a penalty or not. You can learn more from How To Judge At A Speedcubing Competition by Tingman or Judging Tutorial for Newcomers (PDF) If you didn't attend your duty as assigned without informing us in advanced, we may disqualify you from the competition, according to the regulation.

Q : This is my first time competing, what do I need to bring?
A : You should bring your own puzzles, especially on the events that you registered. For first time competitors, please bring your documents or photos of documents (e.g. your national ID card, passport) in order to verify your identity.

Q : In the competition, are there any specific kinds of puzzles that I can use to compete?
A : You can use any puzzles with any shades, as long as its shades are distinguishable and comply with the following regulations:

• Puzzles must not have electronic components (e.g. Bluetooth or Wi-Fi capabilities, motors, sensors, lights)
• Puzzles with transparent parts that can reveal more information about the state of the puzzle. Exception: An overlay sticker or a logo.
• A puzzle may have one or more logos on a colored part. If it does, it must have at most one colored part with a logo or multiple logos. Exception: For 4x4x4 Blindfolded, 5x5x5 Blindfolded, and 3x3x3 Multi-Blind, a puzzle must not have any logos.

This competition will also hold unofficial events, the Face-Turning Octahedron (FTO).

It will he held on 15.40 - 16.20 of Sunday.

The results will be recorded through Cubing Contests, and will then be added to the rankings.

As the FTO is not part of the official competition, please register for the event on-site or via E-mailing to this prungvichaniwat@worldcubeassociation.org with the title being "FTO Registration for Thailand Cool Down 2025" and provide your personal details such as
1. name-surname in english only (required)
2. WCA ID (required, if you have one)
3. E-mail (required)
4. contact option ex. phone number, Instagram, or WhatsApp. (optional, if not provided the organizers will use E-mail)

During our competition, staff members from our club or representatives from the competition's sponsors may capture photos or videos for the purpose of promoting the event. Minor Schedule Adjustments

The 3x3x3 Cube Final will no longer be held in a Head-to-Head format.

To make use of the available time, the Pyraminx event will now have 3 rounds instead of 2.

Before the start of competition each day, there will be a moment of silence in remembrance of Her Majesty the Queen Mother.

Dress Code

All competitors and attendees are requested to wear black or other mourning-appropriate attire.
