Nuevos competidores

Si es la primera vez que compites, es importante que te vayas familiarizando con el Reglamento. El Reglamento es algo extenso y contiene mucha información dentro, así que no te preocupes si no te acuerdas de todo. Por este motivo, aconsejamos que veas esta pestaña Faq Pmf a cerca de las normas y procedimientos básicos que hay que saber para poder asistir como competidor: También haremos un pequeño tutorial tal antes de comenzar la competicion asi que te recomendamos que asistas.
Los nuevos competidores tendrán que llevar un documento de identidad que verifique el país de procedencia y fecha de nacimiento. Puede ser tanto el C.I., como el certificado de nacimiento, licencia de conducir, etc. Sólo es necesario que aparezca tu nombre completo, fecha de nacimiento y nacionalidad.
Si tienes alguna pregunta, puedes consultar a cualquier organizador y/o delegado, puedes encontrar nuestros números de contacto en la pestaña de información general.

Información para todos los competidores

Por favor, ayuda como juez/runner/scrambler, no es nada difícil hacerlo y ayudas a que la competencia se agilice. Todos los competidores deben colaborar cuando se les pida, pero también puedes hacer de juez/runner/scrambler aunque no te toque. Si estás interesado en aprender a hacer de juez se hará un pequeño tutorial o antes de empezar.
Puedes tomar fotos y videos, sin embargo por favor asegurate de no usar flash, ya que distrae mucho a los competidores. Si eres un espectador, por favor no entres en la zona de competición y tampoco estés a menos de metro y medio de una de las mesas de competición (Regulation 7b). Por favor, cuida el lugar, mantén la zona limpia y lo más ordenada posible.
Hay cientos de cubos y puzzles en las competencias, no dejes cubos en las mesas de mezclas o de competición, se pueden perder, la organización no se hace responsable de perdidas de objetos personales. Y por favor, si encuentras algún cubo/puzzle/objeto que no es tuyo, entregaselo a la organización para que podamos devolverlo a su dueño.
Durante las pruebas a ciegas, hay que estar en completo silencio. Estas pruebas requieren mucha concentración y cualquier pequeño ruido podría desconcentrar. Anunciaremos cuando empiece el evento y cuando se podrá volver a hablar.
Como último y más importante, no olvides divertirte y hacer amigos.

Welcome to "Tec Cuber CBBA 2025"

New Competitors

If this is your first time competing, it's important to familiarize yourself with the Regulations. The Regulations are quite extensive and contain a lot of information, so don't worry if you don't remember everything. For this reason, we recommend you check out this FAQ/Pmf tab about the basic rules and procedures you need to know to participate as a competitor. We will also provide a short tutorial before the competition begins, so we recommend you attend.
New competitors will need to bring an ID that verifies their country of origin and date of birth. This can be a national ID, birth certificate, driver's license, etc. All you need is your full name, date of birth, and nationality.
If you have any questions, you can ask any organizer and/or delegate; you can find our contact numbers in the general information tab.

Information for all competitors

Please help as a judge/runner/scrambler. It's not difficult at all, and it helps keep the competition running smoothly. All competitors should help when asked, but you can also serve as a judge/runner/scrambler even if it's not your turn. If you're interested in learning how to judge, a short tutorial will be given before the start.
You're welcome to take photos and videos; however, please make sure you don't use a flash, as it's very distracting for competitors. If you're a spectator, please do not enter the competition area or stay within a meter and a half of any of the competition tables (Regulation 7b). Please take care of the venue, keep it as clean and tidy as possible.
There are hundreds of cubes and puzzles in the competitions. Do not leave cubes on the mixing or competition tables; they can be lost. The organizers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. And please, if you find a cube/puzzle/object that isn't yours, give it to the organizers so we can return it to its owner.
During the blind tests, you must remain completely silent. These tests require a lot of concentration, and any small noise could distract you. We will announce when the event starts and when you can resume speaking.
Last but not least, don't forget to have fun and make friends.

P: ¿Cómo me registro?
R: En primer lugar tienes que asegurarte de que tengas creada una cuenta de la WCA. Si no es así, se puede hacer de manera muy sencilla haciendo click en Registrarse y creándote una. Una vez hecho esto, vete a la pestaña Registro y sigue los pasos correspondientes.

P: ¿Por qué no aparezco en la lista de competidores?
R: Por favor, asegúrate de haber seguido todas las instrucciones de la pestaña de Registro. Una vez registrado pasarás a lista de espera una vez cancelado la inscripción de tu registro serás aprobado y estarás en la lista de competidores, hasta antes de eso no, por política interna de la organización.

P: ¿Puedo cambiar los eventos a los que me presento?
R: Sí, mientras el plazo de inscripción siga abierto. Contáctanos a través del correo de la organización y dinos qué categorías quieres cambiar. Si el registro ya se ha cerrado, por favor, no mandes ninguna petición de cambio de eventos. Si el dia de la competición decides no participar en alguna categoría simplemente ve a la mesa de mezclas cuando te toque competir y dile a uno de los Delegados que no te vas a presentar.

P: Ya no puedo asistir, ¿qué debo hacer?
R: Lo primero que tienes que hacer es informarnos vía WhatsApp tan pronto como lo sepas para que otro competidor pueda ocupar tu lugar. No podemos ofrecer reembolsos ya que pagar la tarifa de registro es un contrato de compromiso.

P: ¿Tengo que usar mis propios cubos para competir?
R: ¡Sí!, Asegúrate de traer puzzles para todos los eventos en los que compitas y no los pierdas de vista.

P: ¿Cúando debo estar en el campeonato?
R: Recomendamos que te inscribas dentro de los plazos de inscripción que hay asignados en el horario. Si eres un nuevo competidor, te recomendamos encarecidamente que asistas al tutorial de competición que haremos el domingo a primera hora. Si no, está siempre al menos 15 minutos antes de que empiece la primera ronda en la que compitas.

P: ¿Debo estar durante todo el campeonato?
R: Sólo es necesario que estés cuando tengas que competir o hacer de juez/runner/mezclador. Se te dará un papel en el registro con todos tus horarios, fuera de ese horario eres libre de irte a disfrutar de la ciudad y la gastronomía.

P: ¿Dónde miro los resultados y si paso a la siguiente ronda?
R: Los tiempos y clasificaciones de la competición se subirán a esta página unos días después de la competición y en directo en la web WCA Live

Q: How do I register?
A: First you need to make sure you have created a WCA account. You can do this by going to the sign-up page and creating an account. Once you have created the account and confirmed your email address, go to the Register section and follow the instructions carefully.

Q: Why am I not on the registration list yet?
A: Please make sure you have followed all the instructions on the Registration tab. Once registered you will go to the waiting list, soon you will be approved and you will appear in the list of competitors.

Q: Can I change the events I am registered for?
A: As long as registration is still open, yes you are allowed to change events. Email us with the events you would like to change. If registration is closed then please do not email us with event changes. If at the competition you decide that you do not want to compete in an event, come up to the scramble table when your group is called and simply tell one of the Delegates that you are not going to compete.

Q: I am no longer able to attend, what do I do?
A: The first thing you need to do is tell us as soon as you know via the contact link on the General Info page. Competitions generally fill up quite quickly and letting us know that you can't attend means we can add someone from the waiting list. We cannot offer refunds if you can no longer attend as paying the registration fee is a commitment contract.

Q: Do I use my own cubes to compete?
A: Yes! Make sure to bring cubes for all events you are competing in and look after them, you don't want them to go missing.

Q: When do I arrive at the competition?
A: We recommend you to register on the time frames dedicated to that regard, which you can find on the Schedule tab. If you are a new competitor, we highly recommend that you show up for the introduction to competing which is held as the first thing on Sunday. Otherwise, we recommend you turn up at least 15 minutes before your first event.

Q: When can I leave the competition?
A: It's only necessary to stay when you have to compete or be a judge/runner/scrambler. You will be given a paper with all your schedules, outside of which you are free to go enjoy the city and the gastronomy. The groups will be published on the Groups tab too.

Q: How do I find results?
A: All the results will be found on this page a couple of days after the competition, once they have all been checked and uploaded. Also on the website WCA Live

Todos los competidores deben leer esta pestaña antes de inscribirse.
Contamos con que los competidores ayuden como jueces siempre que no estén compitiendo. ¡Juzgar es muy fácil y es una excelente manera de hacer que el tiempo pase rápido!. Proporcionaremos un tutorial para jueces y competidores al principio del día, justo antes del inicio del 3x3. Esto permitirá que cualquier persona con preguntas sobre cómo juzgar o competir esté debidamente preparada cuando se espera que ayuden o compitan.

Necesitaremos ayuda para juzgar en las rondas segunda/final de los eventos, ya que no podemos asignar personal para esos roles con anticipación. Se anima a los espectadores a aprender a juzgar; no es necesario saber resolver cubos para ser juez. Contar con suficientes jueces asegura que mantengamos el horario y podamos irnos a tiempo.

All competitors must read this tab before registering.
We expect competitors to assist as judges whenever they are not competing. Judging is very easy and a great way to pass the time quickly! We will provide a tutorial for judges and competitors at the beginning of the day, just before the start of the 3x3. This will allow anyone with questions about judging or competing to be properly prepared when they are expected to assist or compete.

We will need help judging in the second/final rounds of events, as we cannot assign staff for those roles in advance. Spectators are encouraged to learn how to judge; you do not need to know how to solve cubes to be a judge. Having enough judges ensures we stay on schedule and can leave on time.
