To participate you must:
1. Register on the WCA website. On the spot registrations are not permitted.
2. Pay your registration fee via Stripe.

Transportation
Bus
Arriving and leaving by bus:
- TPilet (Estonian bus lines)
- Lux Express (International bus line, Riga-Tallinn line also exists)
All buses arrive at Tallinn bus station. From there you can take bus number 52 to "Pronksi" station and switch to bus number 1 from the same stop, then ride to "Viimsi Vallamaja" stop which is right in front of the venue. Have a look at Tallinn bus station on a map:

Plane
It is very convenient to get from Tallinn airport to the competition venue. It takes about half an hour using public transportation. You can get on bus number 49 from the terminal building and ride to "Merivälja" stop, which is 9 minutes walking distance from the venue.

You can arrive by train, Elron.
Train station is Balti jaam. From there you can take bus number 114 and ride to "Merivälja" stop which is 9 minutes walking distance from the venue

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
