If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.

No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Fundacja Szansa dla Niewidomych oferuje nagrody dla medalistów każdej konkurencji:
- 400 zł za 1. miejsce
- 300 zł za 2. miejsce
- 200 zł za 3. miejsce
Dodatkowo medaliści otrzymają medale i dyplomy.
Uwaga: warunkiem otrzymania nagród jest uczestnictwo w ceremonii rozdania nagród.
Chance for the Blind Foundation offers prizes for medalists of each event:
- 400 zł for 1st place
- 300 zł for 2nd place
- 200 zł for 3rd place
In addition, medalists will receive medals and diplomas.
Note: Participation in the award ceremony is a condition for receiving awards.
Na mocy umowy między Fundacją Szansa dla Niewidomych a SATORIA Group proponujemy uczestnikom zawodów Szansa Cubing Open Warsaw 2021 noclegi w hotelach: Start Hotel ARAMIS, O3 Hotel (dawniej Atos) oraz BEST WESTERN Hotel PORTOS przy ul. Mangalia. Goście Fundacji, w tym uczestnicy zawodów, płacą według cennika zamieszczonego na końcu posta.
Przy składaniu rezerwacji koniecznie należy podać 2 informacje:*
1. o dołączeniu się do Fundacji Szansa dla Niewidomych;
2. o płaceniu prywatnie.

- Cena za pokój 1 os ze śniadaniem 125 PLN brutto/doba. (trójka do wykorzystania dla jednej osoby)
- Cena za pokój 2 os ze śniadaniem 150 PLN brutto/doba. (trójka do wykorzystania dla dwóch osób)
- Cena za pokój 3 os ze śniadaniem 175 PLN brutto/doba.
O3 Hotel (dawniej Atos), pokoje 2-osobowe:
- Cena za pokój 1 os ze śniadaniem 135 PLN brutto/doba.

BEST WESTERN Hotel PORTOS, pokoje 2- i 3-osobowe:
- Cena za pokój 1 os ze śniadaniem 140 PLN brutto/doba.

- Cena za pokój 3 os ze śniadaniem 199 PLN brutto/doba.
Organizatorzy zawodów nie prowadzą formularzy rejestracyjnych, należy rezerwować pokoje we własnym zakresie.
Under the agreement of Fundacja Szansa dla Niewidomych and SATORIA Group we offer accomodations for the participants of the competition
in following hotels: Start Hotel ARAMIS , O3 Hotel (formerly Atos) and BEST WESTERN Hotel PORTOS at Mangalia street.
Guests of the Foundation and participants of the competition pay according to the following tariff.
When booking the hotel you MUST give the following information:
1. You are joining the offer of Fundacja Szansa dla Niewidomych,
2. You are paying on your own.
Prices:
START Hotel ARAMIS, 3-person rooms:
- Price per room for 1 person including breakfest 125 PLN brutto/day. (3-person room for 1 person)
- Price per room for 2 persons including breakfest 150 PLN brutto/day. (3-person room for 2 persons)
- Price per room for 3 persons including breakfest 125 PLN brutto/day.
O3 Hotel (formerly Atos), 2-person rooms:
- Price per room for 1 person including breakfest 135 PLN brutto/day.
- Price per room for 2 persons including breakfest 165 PLN brutto/day.
BEST WESTERN Hotel PORTOS, 2- and 3-person rooms:
- Price per room for 1 person including breakfest 140 PLN brutto/day.
- Price per room for 2 persons including breakfest 170 PLN brutto/day.
- Price per room for 3 persons including breakfest 199 PLN brutto/day.
The organizers of the competition do NOT provide the participants with registering forms.
You have to book your room on your own.
O kolejności rejestracji decyduje kolejność wysyłania formularzy rejestracyjnych.
Wpłacać wpisowe można od początku rejestracji (tj. 16.08.2021, 20:00) do momentu upłynięcia 72 godzin od wysłania formularza rejestracyjnego. Jeżeli ten czas upłynie i nie zostanie spełniony żaden z warunków: 1. pieniądze trafią na konto Michała Bogdana, 2. Michał Bogdan otrzyma potwierdzenie przelewu, rejestracja zostanie anulowana.
Wpisowe wynosi 30 PLN.
The list of competitors is determined by the order of submitting the registration forms.
Entry fees must be paid no earlier than the beggining of the registration (i.e. 16.08.2021, 8:00 PM) but no later than 72 hours from the moment of submitting the registration form. If this time passes and none of following conditions are fulfilled: 1. the entry fee appears on Michał Bogdan's bank account, 2. Michał Boggdan receivs the bank transfer confirmation, the registration will be cancelled.
Entry fee is 30 PLN.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
