The base registration fee for this competition is $15,000 (Colombian Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $20,000 (Colombian Peso).

La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los siguientes requisitos:
1. Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
2. Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar las pestañas Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
3. Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
4. Hacer el pago por cuenta de ahorros Bancolombia .01708109335. Una vez hecho el pago mandar foto del recibo al Whatsapp: 314 711 51 27. O realizar el pago en efectivo contactandose con el organizador.
5. Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.
6. Si deseas cambiar las categorias en las que participarás por favor hacer la solicitud al correo mauriciodejhg@hotmail.com antes del miércoles 15 de abril. si no deseas participar en una categoría es aceptable que no prticipes.
7. Una vez se complete el límite de competidores de este torneo (limite de 100 participantes), se abrirá la lista de espera y las personas se hubicarán por orden de pago, si una persona que ya tenga su registro completo lo cancela las primera persona en la lista de espera se aprobará. para saber en que puesto de la lista de espera te encuentras podrás solicitarlo al correo mauriciodejhg@hotmail.com. Todos los competidores que sigan en la lista de espera después del 15 de abril del 2020 serán eliminados y recibirán un reembolso completo.

The participation in this competition requires the comprehension and acceptance of the following requirements:
1. Being familiar with the WCA rules since this is an official competition.
2. Carefully choosing the events and look the schedule. Keep the rounds format, cutoffs and limits in mind.
3. Registering online completing the process here.
4. Make the payment for savings account Bancolombia .01708109335. Once the payment has been made, send a picture of the receipt to WhatsApp: 314 711 51 27. Or make the payment in cash by contacting the organizer.
5. Waiting for your registration to be approved online.
6. If you want to cange the events in which you will participate, please make the request to email mauriciodejhg@hotmail.com before Wednesday, April 15th. If you do not want to participate in a category it is acceptable that you do not participate.
7. Once the limit of competitors of this tournament is completed (limit of 100 participants), the waiting list will be opened and people will be placed in order of payment, if a person who already has his full registration cancels the first person on the waiting list will be approved. To find out what position on the waiting list you are, you can request it at mauriciodejhg@hotmail.com. All competitors who remain on the waiting list after April 15th, 2020 will be eliminated and will receive a full refund.
