Information

All the participants are requested to volunteer in the competition and every participant (except the New comers) will be assigned to a particular event that they have to Judge (or) Scramble in which they are participating.
All the staff/volunteering assignments will be decided by the organising team and participants will be informed of the same 2 days prior to the event, we will ensure that your volunteering does not affect your events.

There is a competitor limit of 100 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹500 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of ₹500 (Indian Rupee).


The Participant should compulsorily register on WCA and should make the payment before Feb 22nd 2026..

All the Newcomers are requested to get their valid ID proofs with Date of Birth Mentioned on it.

How To Claim your WCA ID

First time participants
Step 1 - Sign-up on WCA. You must mention your full name without any abbrevations while creating your WCA profile.
Step 2 - Register for the competition

Returning participants
Step 1 - Sign-in using your email that you used for your previous competitions
Step 2 - Register for the competition.
Step 3 -Pay here

Registration for the event will only be accepted if a person has preregistered on the WCA page AND made the payment.

Fees Structure:

There will be a fee based on the number of events you are participating in.
If you are participating in 1-4 events, there will be a cost of Rs. 500
If you are participating in 5-8 events, there will be a cost of Rs. 900

Please do the payment of each participant separately.

Note:
1) It is mandatory to pay the registration fees and also register on WCA to complete the full registration process.
2) It may take a day or 2 for your name to reflect on competitors list on WCA.
