Doresti sa ajuti la competitie?
In cadrul competitiei fiecare concurent are un program personal stabilit de catre organizator. Acest program trebuie urmarit si are prioritate daca apar arbitrii, runneri sau scrambleri voluntari. Va rugam sa respectati programul primit iar *in cazul in care doriti sa arbitrati sau sa alergati puteti face acest lucru oricand sunt locuri libere pe aceste posturi fara a intreba organizatorul.

Taxa de participare / Entry fee
1. Taxa de participare este de 70 lei pe concurent si se achita doar la locatie in ziua evenimentului. / The entry fee for competitor is 14 euro = 70 lei and will be paid only at the venue in the day of competition.
2. Taxa de spectator este de 20 lei pe spectator si se achita doar la locatie in ziua evenimentului. / The entry fee for a guest or a spectator is 4 euro = 20 lei and will be paid only at the venue.
3. Plata se va face doar cash de aceasta data. La aceasta competitie nu avem optiunea pentru plata cu cardul sau in contul bancar. / This time we can accept only cash. For this competition there is no online payment option or card payment option.

Parcare/Parking
1. Este o parcare privata aproape de liceu. / There is a private parking close to the highschool.

Arbitrat/Alergat/Amestecat
Toti concurentii au obligatia sa arbitreze/alerge/amestece la toate probele la care s-au inscris sa concureze.
Pe tot parcursul finalelor vom avea doua grupe. In timp ce grupa 1 va concura grupa 2 va ajuta iar in timp ce grupa 2 va concura grupa 1 va ajuta.
In cazul in care un concurent refuza sa ajute adica sa arbitreze/alerge/amestece acesta va fi descalificat din concurs imediat, fara alte avertismente.

Odihna si somn
Competitia se va derula 24h non stop fapt ce poate fi obositor pentru multi concurenti. Va rugam verificati programul inainte de a va inregistra.
Concurentii care nu participa la o proba se pot odihni.
Pe timpul noptii vor fi pregatite saltele in sala de sport pentru cei ce vor sa se odihneasca. Ar fi bine sa aduceti si un sac de dormit sau paturi.

Programul competitiei
Programul competitiei poate varia pe parcursul zilei/noptii. In cazul in care vom termina o grupa mai devreme decat in programul initial, vom incepe urmatoarea runda. Toti concurentii au obligatia de a fi in locatie cu 60 de minute inainte sa inceapa proba la care participa.
Toti concurentii trebuie sa respecte programul personal primit si sa se prezinte la posturile de arbitrat, alergat sau amestecat in maxim 5 minute de la anuntarea rundei. In cazul in care un concurent nu se prezinta la postul sau, acesta va fi descalificat din concurs.

Activitati de recreere
In pauzele dintre probe vom face cateva activitati de revigorare precum: Jogging, Nerf Battle sau exercitii fizice.

Judging/Running/Scrambling
All competitors have the obligation to Judge/Run/Scramble in all the Events they have registered to compete in.
Throughout the finals we will have two groups. While group 1 will compete group 2 will help and while group 2 will compete group 1 will help.
If a competitor refuses to help, i.e. Judge/Run/Scramble, he will be disqualified from the competition immediately, without further warnings.

Rest and sleep
The competition will take place 24 hours non-stop, which can be tiring for many competitors. Please check the schedule before registering.
Competitors who do not participate in an event can rest.
During the night, mattresses will be prepared in the gym for those who want to rest. Bringing a sleeping bag is recommended.

Competition schedule
The competition schedule may vary throughout the day/night. If we finish a group earlier than in the initial schedule, we will start the next round. All competitors have the obligation to be at the location 60 minutes before the start of the event they are participating in.
All competitors must respect their personal schedule and be there to Judge, Run or Scramble within 5 minutes of the round the announced. If a competitor does not show up, he will be disqualified from the competition.

Recreational activities
Between Events we will have activities such as: Jogging, Nerf Battle or physical exercises.

In cadrul competitiei vor fi acordate urmatoarele premii respectand criteriile mentionate.

Pentru urmatoarele premii sunt eligibili toti concurentii inscrisi:
a) Diploma si medalie pentru primele trei locuri la fiecare runda finala de la fiecare proba (AVG of 5) - Clasament WCA Live
b) Trofeu pentru castigatorul probei 3x3x3 (AVG of 5) - Clasament WCA Live
c) 3 premii surpriza pentru urmatoarele categorii: cel mai tanar concurent, cea mai rapida fata, cel mai in varsta concurent. (Proba 3x3x3)
d) 3 premii surpriza pentru cei mai activi concurenti care arbitreaza, alearga si amesteca.
e) 3 premii surpriza pentru primii concurenti inscrisi pentru prima data la un concurs WCA. (Proba 3x3x3)

g) Premiu pentru cea mai originala pijama.
h) Premiu surpriza pentru toti cei care raman peste noapte la concurs si pana la finalul competitiei si participa la poza de grup de final.
Pentru urmatoarele premii sunt eligibili doar concurentii cu cetatenie romana.
g) Premiu surpriza pentru fiecare persoana care obtine cel putin un record national valabil la finalul competitiei - Clasament WCA Live

This Competition will award the following prizes:

All registered competitors are eligible for the following prizes:
a) Diploma and medal for the first three places in each final round of each event (AVG of 5) - WCA Live Ranking
b) Trophy for the winner of the 3x3x3 event (AVG of 5) - WCA Live Ranking
c) 3 surprise prizes for the following categories: the youngest competitor, the fastest girl, the oldest competitor. (3x3x3)
d) 3 surprise prizes for the most active competitors who Judge, run and Scramble.
e) 3 surprise prizes for the first contestants registered for the first time in a WCA competition. (3x3x3)

g) Prize for the most original pajamas.
h) Surprise prize for all those who stay overnight at the competition and until the end of the competition and participate in the final group photo.
Only contestants with Romanian citizenship are eligible for the following prizes.
g) Surprise prize for each person who obtains at least one valid national record at the end of the competition - WCA Live Ranking

Rezultatele fiecarei runde vor fi incarcate pe WCA Live in aproximativ 60 min de la terminarea acesteia.
