* The events will happen in the order listed on the "Schedule" tab, but event durations are tentative! Check back the day before the competition, as event durations may change depending on the number of competitors in events.

* You only need to show up for the events that you're competing in - but we encourage you to show up for longer. Do note that we may run ahead of or behind schedule, particularly for events in the afternoon please be ready at least 30 minutes in advance just in case

* We won't be allowing late entry in the competition under any exceptions. Make sure you will be available at the venue when your name is called.

* Make sure you go through all the WCA regulations.

* Kindly bring your ID card while entering the campus.

* If you're participating in a WCA competition for first time or unaware of competition rules, make sure that you attend the tutorial session.

* Participants must bring their own cubes.

There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹599 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of ₹1,299 (Indian Rupee).
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.

Registration fee

Early Bird Payment - ₹599 (If the participant registers and makes the payment on or before 17th May 2026)

Regular Payment - ₹799 (If the participant registers and makes the payment on or after 18th May 2026)

On The Spot Registration Fee - ₹1299 (If the participant makes the payment on 14th June 2026 {8:00 AM to 8:30 AM})

Steps to complete registration

Step 1 - Register here by selecting the events you want to participate in.

Step 2 - Make the payment by following the steps given in this form here

Step 3 - Wait upto 3 working days for your registration to be confirmed. Once your registration is confirmed, you will get a confirmation mail and your name will appear in the list of registered competitors

Important Note for Online Registrations:

  1. Upon registering you will receive an email stating “Your registration for Rockfort City Cubing Challenge 2026 is submitted and pending approval”.
    This does NOT mean that you are on the registration list. Competitors will not be approved until payment has been made.

  2. Please ensure you have paid the registration fees via the listed payment method on the register page. Your registration is not complete and will not be processed until you have paid the registration fee.

  3. Failure to complete the online payment before the registration deadline will result in the inability to participate, even if you registered in WCA website under the Early Bird or Regular fees. Only On-The-Spot (OTS) registrations will be accepted in such cases.

Important Note for On-The-Spot Registrations :

  1. The maximum total number of competitors allowed to attend the competition is 80.
  2. If all 80 slots are filled during online registrations, On-The-Spot (OTS) registrations will not be accepted.
  3. All On-The-Spot registrants must be present between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM on 14th June 2026.
  4. On-The-Spot registrations will not be accepted after 8:30 AM on 14th June 2026.
  5. Due to organizational constraints OTS will be accepted only for 2x2, 3x3, Pyraminx and 3x3 One-Handed.
  6. Any discrepancies regarding the inclusion of On-The-Spot registrations will be determined at the discretion of the WCA Delegate, adhering to the fair assessment of WCA Rules and Regulations. The decision of the WCA Delegate will be final in such cases.
