The base registration fee for this competition is Rp100,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of Rp200,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).

Pembayaran dan Konfirmasi

• Setelah mendaftar melalui website WCA, Silakan membayar biaya pendaftaran melalui Transfer ke rekening berikut
  • BCA 0510900987 (Triana Sari Rusli)
• Konfirmasi registrasi dengan mengirimkan bukti transfer ke Kontak yang tersedia di halaman utama beserta "Nama peserta", dan "event yang diikuti".
• Untuk Newcomer (pemilik akun WCA baru) sertakan nama lengkap dan tanggal lahir pada saat konfirmasi
• Pendaftaran Anda akan dikonfirmasi segera setelah Anda membayar biaya registrasi dan mengirimkan bukti pembayaran.

-On The Spot Registration

Pendaftaran akan dibuka setelah tanggal 24 Januari 2025 dapat dilakukan di venue pada hari kompetisi dilaksanakan dan jika kuota peserta masih tersedia. Biaya pendaftaran on the spot adalah Rp 200.000 untuk semua event

Batas waktu pendaftaran on the spot adalah 30 menit sebelum setiap cabang/event dimulai

• Confirm registration by sending proof of transfer to the contact person provided on the main page along with "name of participant" and "event attended".
• For Newcomers (new WCA account owners) please include your full name and date of birth when confirming
• Your registration will be confirmed as soon as you pay the registration fee and send proof of payment

-On The Spot Registration

On the spot registration can be done at the venue on the day of the competition and if the participant slot is still available. On the spot registration fee is Rp 200,000 for all events

The deadline for on the spot registration is 30 minutes before each event starts
