For First-Time Competitors

All newcomers must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before competing. This video gives a basic overview of the rules. Note that this video is fairly old and some information may be outdated.

Finally, please be familiar with how to judge at a cubing competition. All competitors will be required to judge in at least one of the events they are competing in. This video gives a basic overview of how to judge, and does include more up-to-date information.

For All Competitors

When you arrive, you will receive a card with personalized information detailing your events and what group you will be competing in for each event. In addition, you will also have judging/scrambling assignments on your card. Every competitor is expected to help out during the event(s) they are registered for. The card will look like the following:

If you do not arrive to help during your scheduled event, and there are not enough staff members, we reserve the right to disqualify you from competing.

REGLAS IMPORTANTES

Vestimenta
* No se permitirá la permanencia de personas sin camisa o sin calzado dentro de la instalación ni en sus alrededores inmediatos.

Servicios Sanitarios
* Cada persona es responsable de mantener los baños limpios durante su uso.
* Solo está autorizado el uso del baño ubicado en la zona de cocina.

Estacionamiento
* Todos los vehículos deben estacionarse en reversa.
* No se permite el consumo de bebidas alcohólicas en el área de estacionamiento ni dentro de la localidad.
* Está prohibido bloquear entradas, salidas o el acceso de otros vehículos.
* Los espacios de impedidos son de uso exclusivo para personas debidamente identificadas.

Conducta
* Todo participante debe registrarse en el área de recepción antes de recoger su identificación.
* No se tolerarán juegos bruscos, contacto físico indebido ni ningún tipo de agresión.
* Está prohibido el uso o ingreso de artefactos con ruedas dentro de la facilidad (ej. scooters, patinetas, etc.).

Nota Importante

El incumplimiento de estas normas podrá resultar en la remoción del evento. Agradecemos su cooperación para garantizar un ambiente seguro, organizado y adecuado para la competencia.

IMPORTANT RULES

Dress Code
* Individuals without shirts or footwear will not be allowed within the facility or its immediate surroundings.

Restrooms
* Each individual is responsible for keeping restrooms clean during use.
* Only the restroom located in the kitchen area is authorized for use.

Parking
* All vehicles must park in reverse.
* Alcohol consumption is not allowed in the parking area.
* Blocking entrances, exits, or access to other vehicles is strictly prohibited.
* Handicap parking spaces are reserved exclusively for properly authorized individuals.

Conduct
* All participants must check in at the registration area before receiving their identification.
* Rough play, inappropriate physical contact, or any form of aggression will not be tolerated.
* Wheeled devices such as scooters or skateboards are not allowed inside the facility.
* Important Note

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe, organized, and competition-appropriate environment.

Durante el horario de almuerzo, los participantes y asistentes cuentan con múltiples opciones de comida cercanas al lugar del evento. Entre los establecimientos disponibles a corta distancia se encuentran:

• Jungle Burger and Grill
• Tortillas Doña Lola

Asimismo, existen otras alternativas adicionales a una distancia ligeramente mayor, pero igualmente accesibles.

IMPORTANTE:
Se informa a todos los participantes y visitantes que está ROTUNDAMENTE PROHIBIDO consumir alimentos dentro de las facilidades de competencia.

El consumo de alimentos y bebidas estará permitido únicamente en las áreas designadas, como la zona de cocina o fuera del local.

ENGLISH

During lunch hours, participants and attendees have access to several nearby dining options within close proximity to the venue, including:

• McDonald's

• Xatay Latin Fusion
• China Hong Kung
• Jungle Burger and Grill
• Tortillas Doña Lola

Additional dining options are also available slightly farther away, but still within a reasonable distance.

IMPORTANT:
All participants and visitors are hereby informed that consuming food inside the competition facilities is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas, such as the kitchen area or outside the venue.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean, organized, and competition-appropriate environment.
