Competitors for each event are divided into groups. Some events (like 3x3) will have a lot of competitors and therefore many groups, while others (like megaminx) will only have 2 groups. At the competition, we will announce when a group starts so you can bring up your puzzle to the scrambling table and place it on the scorecard that has your name.
When arriving at the competition, go to the registration desk to receive the overview of the groups you are competing in and judging, scrambling or running for, during the first rounds. This is the minimum amount you should be helping out. If you want to help out more, you are always welcome to fill an empty judge seat. We appreciate this enormously as it helps us running the competition smoothly!

To access the venue, you can either come by train, by bus or by car.
Resume:
- The main way to go to Poulseur is from Liège, by public transport or by car.
- The train is the most reliable but only comes every pair hour, there are only a few parking spots by car, and the bus is better deserved.
By train:
Coming by train is the fastest and easiest way. You have to take a train at the Liège-Guillemins station towards Poulseur, multiple trains are possible, but be careful that these trains only come every pair hours during the week end. So there will be some trains at 8h00, 10h00,... but not at 9h00, 11h00,.... There is 20min of train between Liège and Poulseur. Once you stop at the station, you have a one minute walk to the venue.
The trains you can take are :
* Marloie
* Gouvy (Luxembourg)
* Troisvierge (Luxembourg)
* Rochefort-Jemelle
By bus:
You have to take the bus at the Liège-Guillemins bus station. The only line going to Poulseur is the 63, which depends on the TEC. There is a bus approximatly every half an hour, but we strongly encourage you to check the bus schedules for that there are some changes happening in the TEC.
There is approximatly 40min of bus between Liège and Poulseur. You can stop at the station named "Rue de l'Eglise" in poulseur. The venue will be in front of you.
By car:
The two main ways to come to Poulseur is either by the highway or by the "route du condroz"
* The highway starts in Liège towards Luxembourg, you have to exit at "Tilff" 5min after leaving Liège, then you'll have 15-20min by car towards Poulseur.
* The route du condroz starts in Seraing, you have to pass trough Boncelles and follow the direction Esneux. By careful for that when you leave the route du condroz towards Plaineveaux, the crossroad is kinda tricky.
