There is a competitor limit of 64 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €15 (Euro).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 30% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of €15 (Euro).
Any spectator can attend for free.

Las devoluciones se realizarán a lo largo de los días 12 y 13 de octubre.

P: ¿Cómo me registro?
R: En primer lugar tienes que asegurarte de que tengas creada una cuenta de la WCA. Si no es así, se puede hacer de manera muy sencilla haciendo click en "registrarse" y creándote una. Una vez hecho esto, vete a la pestaña Registro y sigue los pasos correspondientes.

P: ¿Por qué no aparezco en la lista de competidores?
R: Por favor, asegúrate de haber seguido todas las instruciones de la pestaña Registro. También es posible que estés en la lista de espera. El limite de competidores puedes verlo en la página Información General y la lista de competidores en Competidores. Si crees haber hecho todo correctamente y aun así no apareces, ten paciencia. Los registros se aprueban de manera manual y los Delegados y organizadores no están disponibles en todo momento. Si tu registro no se ha aceptado pasados dos días, mándarnos un correo.

P: ¿Puedo cambiar los eventos a los que me presento?
R: Sí, mientras el plazo de inscripción siga abierto. Contáctanos a través del correo de la organización y dinos qué categorías quieres cambiar. Si el registro ya se ha cerrado, por favor, no mandes ninguna petición de cambio de eventos. Si el dia de la competición decides no participar en alguna categoría simplemente ve a la mesa de mezclas cuando te toque competir y dile a uno de los Delegados que no te vas a presentar.

P: Ya no puedo asistir, ¿qué debo hacer?
R: Lo primero que tienes que hacer es informarnos vía email tan pronto como lo sepas para que otro competidor pueda ocupar tu lugar.

P: ¿Cómo de rápido tengo que ser para poder competir?
R: Te recomendamos que mires la tabla del Horario para informarte de los tiempos límite de cada prueba. La mayoría de gente va a las competiciones para conocer a gente con la que comparten esta afición sin importar los tiempos o sencillamente a tratar de mejorar sus propios tiempos personales, ¡todo el mundo es apto para competir y pasarlo bien!

P: ¿Hay categorías para diferentes edades?
R: Todos los competidores participan en las mismas condiciones y participantes de todas las edades son bienvenidos. La mayoría de gente suele tener unos 15-20 años, pero también hay gente más joven y más mayor.

P: ¿Tengo que usar mis propios cubos para competir?
R: ¡Sí! Asegúrate de traer puzzles para todos los eventos en los que compitas y no los pierdas de vista.

P: ¿Puedo ir simplemente como espectador?
R: Sí, además la entrada es completamente gratuita para los espectadores. Echa un vistazo al horario del campeonato para que puedas venir a ver los eventos que más te interesen o enterarte de cuando son las finales.

P: ¿Cúando debo estar en el campeonato?
R: Recomendamos que te inscribas dentro de los plazos de inscripción que hay asignados en el horario. Si eres un nuevo competidor, te recomendamos encarecidamente que asistas al tutorial de competición que haremos el sábado a primera hora. Si no, está siempre al menos 15 minutos antes de que empiece la primera ronda en la que compitas.

P: ¿Qué debo hacer cuando llegue?
R: Lo primero que hay que hacer es ir a la mesa de registro para que te podamos dar los regalos de inscripción y la acreditación.

P: ¿Debo estar durante todo el campeonato?
R: Sólo es necesario que estés cuando tengas que competir o hacer de juez/runner/mezclador.

P: ¿Donde miro los resultados y si paso a la siguiente ronda?
R: Los tiempos y clasificaciones de la competición se subirán a esta página unos días después de la competición. Los resultados en directo los encontrarás en WCA Live.

Q: How do I register?
A: First you need to make sure you have created a WCA account. You can do this by going to the sign-up page and creating an account. Once you have created the account and confirmed your email address, go to the Register section and follow the instructions carefully.

Q: Why am I not on the registration list yet?
A: Please make sure that you have followed the instructions in the Register section. You could also be on the waiting list. The competitor limit can be found on the General Info page, and you can see the number on accepted competitors on the Competitors page. If you have done everything correctly and the competition is not full then just be patient. We have to manually approve registrations and the organisers aren't available all the time. If you believe you have followed the steps correctly but still are not on the registration list after 2 days, then feel free to email us at the contact link on the General Info page.

Q: Can I change the events I am registered for?
A: As long as registration is still open, yes you are allowed to change events. Email us with the events you would like to change. If registration is closed then please do not email us with event changes. If at the competition you decide that you do not want to compete in an event, come up to the scramble table when your group is called and simply tell one of the Delegates that you are not going to compete.

Q: I am no longer able to attend, what do I do?
A: The first thing you need to do is tell us as soon as you know via the contact link on the General Info page. Competitions generally fill up quite quickly and letting us know that you can't attend means we can add someone from the waiting list.

Q: How fast do I have to be to compete?
A: We recommend that you check out the Schedule tab - if you can make the time limit for the events you want to compete in, then you're fast enough! Loads of people come to competitions just to beat their own personal bests, and meet likeminded people, with no intention of winning or even making it past the first round.

Q: Are there different age categories?
A: All competitors compete on the same level and all ages are welcome. In general most are aged 10-20 but we have plenty of regulars who are older or younger than this!

Q: Do I use my own cubes to compete?
A: Yes! Make sure to bring cubes for all events you are competing in and look after them, you don't want them to go missing.

Q: Can I come only to spectate?
A: Yes! Spectating this competition will be free for everyone. Take a look at the schedule to come to see the events you are more interested in or to know when the finals are happening.

Q: When do I arrive at the competition?
A: We recommend you to register on the time frames dedicated to that regard, which you can find on the Schedule tab. If you are a new competitor, we highly recommend that you show up for the introduction to competing which is held as the first thing on Saturday. Otherwise, we recommend you turn up at least 15 minutes before your first event.

Q: What do I do when I arrive?
A: The first thing you do when you arrive is find the registration desk if registration is open.

Q: When can I leave the competition?
A: It's only necessary to stay when you have to compete or be a judge/runner/scrambler.

Q: How do I find results?
A: All the results will be found on this page a couple of days after the competition, once they have all been checked and uploaded. If you are looking for live results, they can all be found on WCA Live.

Desde Murcia (~2 h 26 min, 256 km)
Toma la autovía A-7 en dirección sur/oeste hacia Lorca y Almería. Tendrás que cruzar toda la provincia pasando de largo la capital almeriense. Mantente en la misma A-7 hasta que llegues a la zona del poniente. Toma la salida 411 para acceder al casco urbano de El Ejido y conduce directo hacia la Calle Granada.

Desde Granada (~1 h 28 min, 135 km)
Inicia el viaje por la autovía A-44 con dirección sur (hacia Motril/Costa). Una vez que llegues casi a la altura de la costa, toma la salida para incorporarte a la autovía A-7 en dirección este hacia Almería. Sigue por la A-7 hasta que veas los accesos a El Ejido; utiliza la salida 409 o 411 para dirigirte al núcleo urbano hasta llegar al número 133 de la Calle Granada.

Desde Málaga (~1 h 49 min, 170 km)
Es una ruta muy directa por toda la costa mediterránea. Incorpórate a la A-7 en dirección oriente (hacia Almería). Quédate en esta autovía durante unos 170 km hasta aproximarte a El Ejido. Toma la salida 409 (El Ejido Centro) y sigue las indicaciones locales hacia la Calle Granada.

Desde Almería (~30 min, 42 km)
Sal de la ciudad y toma la autovía A-7 en dirección poniente (hacia Málaga/Algeciras). Solo tienes que seguir recto unos 40 kilómetros hasta llegar a El Ejido. Toma la salida 411 o 409 para entrar hacia El Ejido Centro, incorpórate al Bulevar principal y gira hacia la Calle Granada.

From Murcia (~2 h 26 min, 256 km)
Take the A-7 motorway south/west towards Lorca and Almeria. You will have to cross the entire province passing by the capital of Almeria. Stay on the same A-7 until you reach the western area. Take exit 411 to access the town of El Ejido and drive straight onto Calle Granada.

From Granada (~1 h 28 min, 135 km)
Start the journey along the A-44 motorway heading south (towards Motril/Costa). Once you reach almost the coast, take the exit to join the A-7 motorway heading east towards Almeria. Continue on the A-7 until you see the accesses to El Ejido; use exit 409 or 411 to head towards the town centre until you reach number 133 Calle Granada.

From Malaga (~1 h 49 min, 170 km)
It is a very direct route along the entire Mediterranean coast. Merge onto the A-7 heading east (towards Almeria). Stay on this highway for about 170 km until you approach El Ejido. Take exit 409 (El Ejido Centro) and follow the local signs for Calle Granada.

From Almeria (~30 min, 42 km)
Leave the city and take the A-7 motorway westbound (towards Málaga/Algeciras). You just have to go straight on for about 40 kilometers until you reach El Ejido. Take exit 411 or 409 to enter El Ejido Centro, merge onto the main boulevard and turn onto Calle Granada.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.

Advancement Condition

The number of competitors shown as advancing to the next round is the planned maximum. The actual number may be lower if there are fewer competitors than expected, or if there are ties at the boundary.
