How do I get to the venue?
You can get to Politecnico via metro line M2 (stop “Piola”) which can also take you to Milano Centrale or Milano Lambrate train station. Otherwise you can get there by taking bus/tram 19, 33, 62, 90 or 93. If you come by car, you should find a parking area in via Celoria, 5 minutes away from the venue.
WE CHANGED THE VENUE SINCE THE LAST COMPETITIONS, DON'T GET LOST!
Once you enter the building in via Ampere 2, enter the glass door across the courtyard, turn right twice and take the stairs to the first floor. Turn right again and take the stairs to the second floor, then follow directions for room U.2. You can also take the elevator directly to the second floor.

Come raggiungo la venue?
Il Politecnico è facilmente raggiungibile con la metropolitana linea verde M2 (fermata Piola) che collega entrambe le stazioni di Milano Centrale e Milano Lambrate. In alternativa fermano nelle vicinanze i mezzi di superficie 19, 33, 62, 90 e 93. Per chi arriva in macchina, ci sono molti parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento in Via Giovanni Celoria, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla venue.
ABBIAMO CAMBIATO LA SALA RISPETTO ALLE PRECEDENTI COMPETIZIONI, NON PERDETEVI!
Una volta entrati dall'ingresso in Via Ampère 2, procedete sempre dritto fino alla porta di vetro. In caso i tornelli non fossero aperti, rivolgetevi alla portineria. Una volta dentro, girate a destra due volte e salite la scala che vi porterà al primo piano. Girate ancora a destra e prendete le scale per il secondo, poi seguite le indicazioni per l'aula U2. In alternativa potete prendere l'ascensore per arrivare direttamente al secondo piano.

Registration will open on January 23rd and close on March 14th.
How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:
- € 12 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Basic Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
- € 6 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Premium Members (note: Premium Members will still have to pay € 12, the refund of € 6 will take place at the end of the competition).
- € 20 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay € 12 online plus € 8 on site if they decide not to become Member).
How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Basic Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
The membership is valid from 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020.
- Basic Member: no membership fees
- Premium member: € 50 per year, 50% discount on all Cubing Italy competitions
You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website. The Board of Directors will contact you to confirm the membership with Cubing Italy as taken place, if you have chosen to become a Premium Member you will receive details on the payment of the membership fee by e-mail.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway. The Board of Directors will contact you within a few days, sending you the authorization to be filled in and sent back signed by a parent.
Alternatively, it is possible to associate on site.
Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CET) of February 29rd you will be refunded a 100% of your registration fee. If you have any problems, contact the organization team.
Spectators are allowed, can attend for free.
How do I register
- You need to pay in advance the registration fee in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payouts.
- On the spot registrations will be accepted if the competitor limit has not been reached by the end of the registration period.

- After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €12 registration fee;
- Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent 1-2 weeks before the event.
Note: You will be considered registered only after you have paid the registration fee.

- €20 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €12 online più €8 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).
Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi al livello base è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validitá dal 1 gennaio 2020 al 31 dicembre 2020.

- Socio Premium: 50€ all’anno, 50% di sconto su tutte le competizioni di Cubing Italy
È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà per confermarti dell'avvenuta associazione a Cubing Italy, nel caso avessi scelto di diventare Socio Premium riceverai dettagli sul pagamento della quota associativa via e-mail.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà entro pochi giorni, inviandoti l'autorizzazione da compilare e rimandare firmata da un genitore.
Alternativamente è possibile associarsi in loco.
Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CET) del 29 Febbraio hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Ti basta semplicemente contattare uno degli organizzatori.
Gli spettatori sono ammessi, possono accedere gratuitamente.
Come mi registro?
- Il costo di registrazione deve essere pagato in anticipo online per poter completare il processo di registrazione. Nessuna registrazione sarà accettata senza pagamento.
- Saranno accettate registrazioni in loco ma solamente se non si sono riempite le registrazioni online alla chiusura delle registrazioni.
- Registrati per la competizione qui.
- Una volta scelti gli eventi, e inviata l'iscrizione, comparirà il bottone per pagare i €12 della tassa d'iscrizione;
- Ricordati di controllare la tua casella di posta elettronica: una email contenente maggiori dettagli sulla competizione sarà inviata 1-2 settimane prima della competizione.
Nota: sarai considerato iscritto solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.
Cubing Italy is the Italian association that sets itself as a reference point for fans of twisty-puzzle.
The main purpose of Cubing Italy is to organize and manage speedcubing competitions throughout the national territory.
These competitions are approved by the World Cube Association (WCA), the international association of which Cubing Italy takes back and makes its own values and mission.
Cubing Italy è l’associazione italiana che si pone come punto di riferimento per gli appassionati di puzzle e rompicapi tridimensionali.
Il principale scopo di Cubing Italy è quello di organizzare e gestire le competizioni di speedcubing su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Queste competizioni sono approvate dalla World Cube Association (WCA), l’associazione internazionale di cui Cubing Italy riprende e fa propri Valori e Missione.
The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, quindi i partecipanti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.
Tutti i concorrenti devono essere disponibili per aiutare durante la competizione. Ciò significa che, se necessario, dovranno rendersi disponibili come giudici o scrambler.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
