Registration requirements for the competition:

There is a competitor limit of 30 competitors.
Registering for this competition is free.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
On the spot registrations will be accepted for free if there are remaining spots available.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.
Competitor List
Organizers manually accept registrations one at a time in the order the registrations are submitted, so your name may not appear on the competitor list immediately.
Once the competitor list reaches the 30 competitor limit, registrants will be added to the waiting list instead of the competitor list. Due to the competitor limit, completing your registration within the initial registration period does not guarantee you a spot on the competitor list.
On-Site Registration
We will only be accepting on-site registrations only if the competitor list has not reached its limit and a waiting list has not begun. If this is the case, competitors who did not register online may arrive at the competition before 10:30 AM to register on site.
Waiting List
The waiting list is ordered based on the timestamp that registrants submit their registration. If you are added to the waiting list, you will be informed via email. You can view the registration page to see your position on the waiting list.
If anyone on the competitor list deletes their registration, the person at the top of the waiting list will be moved to the competitor list. After October 7, 2025, the competitor list will be finalized. Registrants on the waiting list may email Speedcubing Canada at any time to forfeit their spot on the waiting list.
If the competitor list fills up quickly, registration could close earlier than the originally listed date (October 7, 2025). The waiting list will close at the same time that registration closes.
