There would be instructions about rules and regulations at the beginning of the competition, and all newbies have to attend it. The organizers are not responsible if a participant's attempt gets disqualified due to them not knowing the WCA regulations.

Each competitor must look after their personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for them.

All participants must have a document confirming their identity.

There will be photo and video filming, and you automatically give your consent by registering for the competition.

You can track your results on WCA Live. A few days after the end of the competition, they will be on the WCA database, and you will be able to check your national, continental, and world ranking.

All competitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Parents and/or guardians should provide a written consent confirming that the orginizers are not responsible for the competitor if they cannot acompany the competitor.

Base registration fee for all events is 5000 tenge. You will need to pay it on site on the day of the competition in cash. If you do not cancel your registration before March 30, you will need to pay 5000 tenge at the next competition organized by QBERS.
If you would like to receive a badge and a participation certificate, you need to leave a comment and pay an additional 500 tenge.

Near the venue at Zhurgenova 18/2, there are bus stops “Zhurgenova” and “Zhurgenova 18”. Buses 5, 29, 33, and 64 go to these stops.
However, we recommend using the “Yandex Taxi” application for more convenient transportation.
