The base registration fee for this competition is $15,000 (Colombian Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $15,000 (Colombian Peso).
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of $5,000 (Colombian Peso).

La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los siguientes requisitos:
1. Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
2. Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar las pestañas Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites
3. Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
4. El costo de inscripción es de $15.000COP.
5. Realizar el pago vía Efecty a nombre de Eduard Esteban García Domínguez con C.C.1016060974 o por medio de transferencia Nequi al número 3208002968.
6. Enviar foto del comprobante de pago a Eduard García al (WA) 3208002968.
7. Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.
8. Si deseas cambiar las categorias en las que participarás por favor hacer la solicitud al correo eduard931112@gmail.com antes del miércoles 1ro de abril. si no deseas participar en una categoría es aceptable que no prticipes."
9. Una vez se complete el límite de competidores de este torneo (limite de 70 participantes), se abrirá la lista de espera y las personas se hubicarán por orden de registro, si una persona que ya tenga su registro completo lo cancela las primera persona en la lista de espera se aprobará. para saber en que puesto de la lista de espera te encuentras podrás solicitarlo al correo eduard931112@gmail.com. Todos los competidores que permanezcan en la lista de espera después del 1ro de abril de 2020 serán eliminados.

REGISTRATION
The participation in this competition requires the comprehension and acceptance of the following requirements:
1. Be familiar with the WCA rules since this is an official competition.
2. Carefully choose the events and check out the schedule. Keep in mind the round formats, cutoffs and limits.
3. Register online completing the process here.
4. The cost is $15.000 COP (around $4.6 USD).
5. Make the payment via Efecty to Eduard Esteban García Domínguez with ID 1016060974 or make a Nequi transfer to the number 3208002968.
6. Send a picture of the payment receipt to Eduard García's phone number (WA) 3208002968
7. Wait for your registration to be approved online.
8. If you want to change the events in which you will participate, please make the request to email eduard931112@gmail.com before Wednesday, April 1st. If you do not want to participate in a category it is acceptable that you don´t participate.
9. Once the limit of competitors of this tournament is completed (limit of 70 participants), the waiting list will be opened and people will be placed in order of payment, if a person who already has his full registration cancels the first person on the waiting list it will be approved. To find out what position on the waiting list you are, you can request it at eduard931112@gmail.com. All competitors who remain on the waiting list after April 1st, 2020 will be eliminated and will receive a full refund.
