Information

Western Development Museum: The registration fee for this competition includes admission to the Western Development Museum for the competitors and their guests. There will be a longer lunch break in the competition schedule so everyone can enjoy the museum. Learn more about the WDM at their website here.

Attendance is not required for the entire competition, however please arrive at least 15 minutes before your event's planned start time.
Please bring your own cubes for the events you are competing in.

First Time Competitors:
All newcomers must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before competing. There is a video here for a basic rundown of a competition.

6x6 and Square-1:
There will be no cutoff for 6x6 or Square-1 at this competition. The cumulative time limit for megaminx is 20 minutes. You may take over 10 minutes to do a single solve if you let your judge know beforehand. 6x6 is scheduled such that overflow into lunch is acceptable so everyone can get results.

Draw prizes:
There will be draw prizes throughout the day to encourage competitors to stay after their round is done.

Attendees of Speedcubing Canada competitions consent to their images being used by Speedcubing Canada and its partners in marketing materials, social media and other digital platforms.

There is a competitor limit of 60 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $30 (Canadian Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
On the spot registrations will be accepted if there are remaining spots available, with a base registration fee of $30 (Canadian Dollar).
Any spectator can attend for free.

On the spot registrations will be accepted only if the competitor limit was not reached during pre-registration.
