WAITLIST INFORMATION:

The competitor limit for this competition has now been reached.

There will be a 20 competitor waitlist. We will not close registration until the 20 competitor waitlist is full. If you would like to join the waitlist, register and pay like normal. Payment is required to secure your spot on the waitlist.

If a competitor drops out, we will email the next person on the waitlist. You then have 48 hours to confirm your attendance before we move onto the next competitor.

If you do not make it off the waitlist by 4/1/2018 then your registration fee will be refunded.

If you are currently registered and cannot compete, feel free to send us an email so that we can let another competitor on the list. We want to allow as many people to compete as possible.

Registration will open on 2/17/2018 at 8PM EST.

The registration fee for this competition is $20 USD. Pre-payment is required via Stripe. As with most competitions in this region, it is critical that you sign up as soon as registration opens, as it does fill up very quickly.

We will not be accepting any payments or registrations at the door. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Your registration is not complete until your name shows up on the registration list. Despite the automated payment system, organizers are still required to manually move competitors from the waiting list to the registration list.

You are entitled to a full refund of your registration fee, up until 4/1/2018, under the condition that there is another competitor on the waitlist available to take your spot. If you cannot attend the competition, please send us an email letting us know. We will remove you and let another competitor onto the list. We want to allow as many people to compete as possible. Attempting to file a chargeback for the registration fee will lead to being blacklisted from future WCA events.

Spectators may attend free of charge.
