Adding/Dropping Events

  • Competitors may request by email to be added to more events BEFORE registration closes.
  • Competitors who have already had their registration accepted may add events up until the event is held (supposing there are spots available)
  • Competitors may request by email remove events from their registration. In order to hold 3 rounds, we need 16 competitors to compete and 8 to get a success in the first rounds. If you are not planning on competing, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Competitors may not adjust their registration details by themselves, without prior approval until the registration deadline

Waitlist: PLEASE CHECK THE COMPETITOR TAB ON THE LEFT-HAND SIDE TO SEE HOW MANY COMPETITORS HAVE BEEN APPROVED

If Registration fills up, we will place competitors on a waitlist. In order to get on the waitlist, you must register and pay. You are not on the waitlist until you pay the registration fee. If you do not make it off of the waitlist, you will be fully refunded. If a competitor drops out, the first person on the waitlist will replace them. People can be replaced up until the registration close date indicated above.

The waitlist works on a per-event basis. Competitors will not be "registered" for the competition until they make it off the waitlist in at least one event. When that happens, their registration will only include the event(s) they made it off the waitlist for. As they make it off the waitlist for more events they registered for, that will be added to their registration, and they will receive an email. Competitors may also request to be added or removed from the waitlists for other events if they wish by emailing the organization team.

In a catastrophic event where the event will be compromised and cancelled, a full refund shall be offered to all competitors, in contrast to the typical 50% registration refunds.
