Ésta competencia esta abierta a competidores de cualquier nacionalidad, cualquier edad, a nuevos y viejos competidores y sin importar los tiempos de resolución.
Los acompañantes de los competidores no tiene que pagar ningún tipo de entrada ni inscripción.
Los competidores tienen que estar presentes y listos para competir cuando se los llama, de no ser así se penalizará al competidor con la descalificación del evento, de acuerdo al artículo 2u del reglamento. Por favor tengan también en cuenta los artículos 3a y 3a1.English: The Montevideo Palace 2019 competition will be the third edition that will take place in this venue.
