¿Cómo registrarte?

Antes de iniciar tu registro, por favor lee con atención los siguientes pasos. Es indispensable cumplir con todos los requisitos:

1. Crea una cuenta o inicia sesión en la página oficial de la WCA

2. Verifica el cupo disponible. Esta competencia tiene un límite de 60 competidores. Puedes consultar si aún hay lugares en la sección Competidores.

3. Dependiendo de tu situación, sigue las instrucciones correspondientes:

• Si es tu primera competencia oficial, continúa con el paso 4.
• Si ya has competido antes y tu cuenta ya está vinculada a tu WCA ID, continúa con el paso 4.
• Si ya has competido pero no tienes vinculada tu cuenta, sigue los pasos de este video para vincular tu WCA ID. Solo después podrás registrarte.
• Recuerda: si tu cuenta no está vinculada correctamente, tu registro no será aceptado. Hazlo con anticipación.

1. El sabado 2 de agosto a las 5:00 PM (GMT-7, zona America/Mazatlán), accede a la sección Registro, elige tus categorías y haz clic en “Registrarse”.

2. Revisa tu correo electrónico (incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM).

3. Si estás dentro de los primeros 60 registros, recibirás un correo con los detalles para realizar el pago de la inscripción, que es de $250.00 MXN.

4. Si el cupo ya fue alcanzado, recibirás instrucciones sobre cómo ingresar a la lista de espera.

5. Una vez que hayas realizado correctamente los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aprobado.

📌 Importante:

• Los registros se aprueban manualmente, por lo que puede tomar algo de tiempo. Seguimos el orden de llegada.
• Verifica que aparezcas en la lista oficial de competidores.
• Mantente al tanto de tu correo electrónico (y carpeta de SPAM) para recibir cualquier actualización sobre la competencia.
• Una vez cerrados los registros, los horarios pueden sufrir ajustes.

How to Register

Before registering, please read the following steps carefully. You must complete all of them:

1. Create an account or log in to the official WCA website

2. Check for available spots. This competition has a limit of 60 competitors. You can see the current status in the Competitors section.

3. Depending on your case, follow the appropriate instructions:

• If this is your first official competition, proceed to step 4.
• If you have already competed and your WCA ID is linked to your account, proceed to step 4.
• If you have competed before but your WCA ID is not linked, please follow the instructions in the following video. Once linked, you may register.
• Important: If your account is not correctly linked, your registration will not be accepted. Prepare in advance.

1. On Friday, Saturday 2nd at 5:00 PM (GMT-7, America/Mazatlan time), go to the Registration section, select your events, and click "Register".

2. Check your email (including your SPAM folder).

3. If you are among the first 60 competitors, you’ll receive instructions on how to pay the registration fee ($250.00 MXN).

4. If the limit has been reached, you will receive details on how to join the waiting list.

5. After completing the steps indicated in the email, your registration will be accepted.

• Registrations are approved manually, so approval might take some time. We follow the order of submission.
• Make sure you appear on the official list of competitors.
• Stay alert for emails (including SPAM folder) with updates about the competition.
• Once registration closes, the schedule may be subject to change.

📋 Información sobre la lista de espera

• Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 60 competidores, aún puedes registrarte para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
• Hasta el viernes 27 de septiembre, cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro, permitiendo que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
• A partir del sábado 28 de septiembre, los competidores en la lista de espera serán eliminados automáticamente.
• Estar en la lista de espera no garantiza un lugar en la competencia.
• Los competidores que permanezcan en la lista de espera no podrán participar en el evento durante los días de competencia.

📋 Waitlist Information

• If the limit of 60 competitors has been reached, you can still register to secure a spot on the waitlist.
• Until Friday, September 27th, any competitor may cancel their registration, allowing the first person on the waitlist to take their place.
• Starting Saturday, September 28th, individuals on the waitlist will be removed automatically.
• Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the competition.
• Competitors remaining on the waitlist will not be allowed to compete during the event days.

🚌 En transporte público:

• Toma una combi o autobús desde el aeropuerto rumbo al centro de Mazatlán.
• Transborda a un camión urbano que se dirija hacia Palos Prietos o pase por Río Bravo.
• Baja en la parada más cercana a Río Bravo 406 y camina hacia la sede.
• El tiempo total del recorrido puede ser de 1 a 1 hora con 15 minutos, dependiendo de la conexión entre rutas.
