Registration requirements for the competition:

There is a competitor limit of 64 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €20 (Euro).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe below once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 25% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
- Los socios de la AMS (Asociación Madrileña) recibirán un descuento del 20%. Puedes hacerte socio de la AMS aquí.
- Los socios de la AES (Asociación Española) recibirán un descuento del 20%. Puedes hacerte socio de la AES aquí.
- Los socios de ambas asociaciones reciben un descuento del 20%, i.e., los descuentos no son acumulables.
- Para los descuentos, el pago se debe hacer como todos los competidores y tras la competición se devolverán el importe de los descuentos.
Al registrarte en esta competición aceptas que se te enviarán correos electrónicos informativos y se te solicitará confirmación de asistencia mediante correo electrónico.
Si no se recibe dicha confirmación, tu registro puede ser anulado sin reembolso. El equipo organizador no se hace responsable de los perjuicios ocasionados si se proporcionan direcciones de correo no funcionales.
Política de Imagen:
Durante la competición podrán realizarse fotografías y grabaciones de vídeo con fines informativos y de difusión de las actividades de la Asociación Madrileña de Speedcubing (AMS) y de la propia competición.
Estas imágenes podrán ser utilizadas y publicadas en los canales oficiales de la AMS, incluyendo su página web, redes sociales y otros materiales relacionados con sus actividades y competiciones. En ningún caso se utilizarán con fines comerciales.
La organización procurará respetar las solicitudes de las personas que manifiesten expresamente su deseo de no aparecer en fotografías o grabaciones destinadas a su publicación.
En caso de no desear aparecer en imágenes publicadas por la organización, el participante, o su padre, madre o representante legal en el caso de menores, deberá comunicarlo a la organización antes del inicio de la competición.
- The AMS members (Madrid Association) will receive a 20% discount. You can become a member of the AMS here.
- The AES members (Spanish Association) will receive a 20% discount. You can become a member of the AES here.
- Members from both associations will receive a 20% discount, i.e., discounts do not stack.
- For discounts, the payment must be made as all other competitors and after the competition the discounts will be returned.
By registering to this competition you accept that informative emails will be sent to you and you will be asked for an attendance confirmation via email.
If said confirmation is not received, your registration may be deleted without refund. The organization team does not take responsibility for any damaged caused if non-functional email adresses are provided.
Media & Image Policy
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the competition for informational and communication purposes related to the activities of the Asociación Madrileña de Speedcubing (AMS) and the competition itself.
These images may be used and published through the AMS's official channels, including its website, social media platforms, and other materials related to its activities and competitions. They will not be used for commercial purposes.
The organizers will make reasonable efforts to respect requests from individuals who expressly state that they do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings intended for publication.
Participants who do not wish to appear in images published by the organizers, or their parent, guardian, or legal representative in the case of minors, must notify the organizing team before the start of the competition.
