Khi có mặt tại hội trường giải đấu, bạn công nhận rằng bạn đã được thông báo về việc quay phim, chụp ảnh tại giải đấu, và hiểu rõ rằng tư liệu hình ảnh này sẽ được sử dụng cho mọi mục đích cần thiết của Hiệp hội Rubik Việt Nam, các tổ chức đại diện và các đối tác, nhà tài trợ liên quan. Bạn đồng thời cũng đồng ý cho phép Hiệp hội Rubik Việt Nam, các tổ chức đại diện và các đối tác, nhà tài trợ liên quan toàn quyền vĩnh viễn sử dụng những hình ảnh có diện mạo và/hoặc giọng nói của bạn cho mọi mục đích cần thiết. Nếu bạn không đồng ý với các điều khoản trên, xin vui lòng không có mặt tại hội trường giải đấu.

Notice on photography and filming
The organizers and/or media organizations may perform filming and photography at the competition for usage as photographic material of the competition. By being present at the competition premises, you acknowledge that you have been duly informed of any filming and photography that might take place at the competition, and fully acknowledge that the material may be used for any and all necessary purposes by the Vietnam Cube Association (VNCA) and its representatives, partners and affiliated sponsors. You also grant full, perpetual consent for VNCA and its representatives, partners and affiliated sponsors to use video and photographic material that contains your likeness and/or voice for any and all necessary purposes. If you do not agree with the above terms, please do not be present at the competition premises.

No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Lệ phí thi cho giải đấu là 300.000 VND cho tất cả nội dung, được thanh toán qua chuyển khoản. Các thí sinh nước ngoài không thể thanh toán qua chuyển khoản vui lòng liên hệ BTC tại cubinghanoi@gmail.com để yêu cầu thanh toán tại chỗ.

Nếu đơn đăng ký chưa đóng, thí sinh có thể thêm hoặc bớt nội dung thi đấu bằng cách liên hệ BTC. Sau khi đơn đăng ký đã đóng, BTC sẽ không chấp nhận hoàn tiền, trừ trường hợp bất khả kháng.

The registration fee for this competition is 300.000 VND for all events, to be paid via wire transfer. Foreign competitors who are unable to pay the fee via wire transfer should reach out to the organizers at cubinghanoi@gmail.com to arrange for on-the-spot payment.

Registrations will be accepted within 48 hours. If registrations have not yet closed, competitors can add or remove events by contacting the organizing team. No refunds will be granted after registration has closed, with exceptions made for force majure.
