There is a competitor limit of 120 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €15 (Euro).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

This competition is open to everyone. Registration starts on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 8:00 PM GMT+1.
The entry fees for competitors is €15, guests can attend free of charge. This must be paid in advance, by following the instructions below.
When 120 competitors have completed their registration by paying the entry fee, registration will be closed and a waiting list will be started.
How to register
- Fill in the form on this site.
- Pay the entry fee. You can only pay by credit card via the WCA website!
- Then, we will accept your registration and your name will show up on the registration list. Your registration will only be accepted as soon as we have received your payment.
Cancellation
If you registered but are unable to attend for some reason, you can cancel your registration by sending an email to the organizers. If you do this before the Friday, January 30, 2026 at 8:00 PM GMT+1 (the Friday before the competition), we will refund half of your entry fee.
Change events
You can change the events you are registered for on on this site, until the Friday before the competition.

How to get there:
By train:
The venue is a 20 to 25 minute walk away from Leuven train station. It’s also possible to take a bus from the train station to the bus stop Leuven Redingenhof, for more information visit the site of De Lijn.
By car:
You can park your car for free at parking Bodart. On Saturday you need a parking disk. It’s a 5 minute walk from the parking to the venue.

Q: I can’t come to the competition anymore? What should I do?
A: Please let us know as soon as you know you can no longer come. Competitions usually fill up pretty quickly and notifying us of your absence allows us to accept someone from the waiting list. We will refund 50% of your payment if you unsubscribe before the registration period ends.
Q: I am on the waiting list. What happens now?
A: If a competitor drops out before the registration period ends, their spot will be allocated to the next person on the waiting list. If a spot does not become available for you, you will receive a full refund. In case you wish to drop out of the waiting list please email us at the contact link on the General Info page, and we will remove you and issue a full refund.
Q: Can I change the events I am registered for?
A: As long as registration is still open, yes you are allowed to change events. You can change your event selection on the website.
Q: Do I have to bring my own equipment to participate?
A: Make sure to bring cubes for all events you are competing in and look after them, you don't want them to go missing. However, there is no need to bring a mat or timer, unless you want to use them for your training. Those used for the competition are provided by the organizers.
Q: What do I do when I arrive?
A: The first thing you do when you arrive is find the registration desk. If you are a new competitor, remember to take with you an identity document it may be requested at the registration desk. The person who will welcome you can then guide you and answer your first questions.
Q: When can I leave the competition?
A: You are more than welcome to leave whenever you want. If you have no more events left then you are not required to stay.
Q: How do I find results?
A: All the results will be found on this page a couple of days after the competition, once they have all been checked and uploaded. If you are looking for live results, they can all be found on WCA live.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
