Võistlusel osalemiseks peate:
1. Registreerima end WCA lehel. Kohapeal registreerumine pole lubatud.
2. Tasuma osavõtutasu Stripe'i maksega enne 24. märtsi, vastasel juhul ei kinnitata teie registreeringut. Kui te ei saa maksta Stripe'iga, palun võtke ühendust korraldajatega!

Osavõtutasu ja mitteosalemine

• Osavõtutasu on 12€, mis tuleb tasuda hiljemalt enne 24. märtsi. Kui te ei saa maksta Stripe'iga, palun võtke ühendust korraldajatega!
• Kui ilmneb, et te ei saa mingil põhjusel osaleda, siis palun teavitage sellest kohe korraldajaid, kasvõi võistluspäeva hommikul!
• Kui tühistate oma registreeringu enne 24. märtsi, tagastatakse 50% osavõtutasust. Hilisemad tagastused ei ole võimalikud!

Alasid, milles võistlete, saab muuta kuni 25. märtsini!

General information

To participate you must:
1. Register on the WCA website. On the spot registrations are not permitted.
2. Pay the registration fee via Stripe before the 24th of March. Your registration will be confirmed only after payment. If you are unable to pay via Stripe, please contact the organizers!

Registration fees and non-participation

• The registration fee is 12€, which has to be paid before the 24th of March. If you are unable to pay via Stripe, please contact the organizers!
• If you are unable to participate, then please notify the organizers as soon as possible, even on the day of the competition!
• If you cancel your registration before the 24th of March, you are entitled to a 50% refund. Refunds can not be issued after this date.

Events you wish to participate in can only be changed before the 25th of March!

Regulatsioonid

• Iga võistleja peab enne võistlust end WCA regulatsioonidega kurssi viima ning neist aru saama.
• Regulatsioonid on kättesaadavad WCA veebilehel.

• Igal uuel võistlejal peab olema kaasas isikut tõendav dokument.

• Each competitor must be familiar with and understand the WCA Regulations before the competition.

• Each first time competitor must have a valid form of ID with them for identification.

Transportation

Bus 🚌

Arriving and leaving by long-distance bus:

• TPilet (Estonian bus lines)
• Lux Express (Domestic and international buses)
• Flixbus (Domestic and international buses)

All buses arrive at Tallinn bus station. From there you can get on tram number 2 (direction: Kopli) from the Bussijaam tram stop (around 300m from the bus station) and ride to the Maleva tram stop (300m from the venue).

A taxi from the bus station to the venue will cost approximately 15 euros. We recommend using Bolt, Uber or Forus Taxi for the cheapest prices.

Train 🚆

You can also arrive to Tallinn by train with Elron.

The closest and the biggest train station is Balti jaam. The most convenient way to reach the competition venue is with trams number 1 and 2 (direction: Kopli) from the Balti jaam tram stop. Get off at the Maleva tram stop (300m from the venue).

Ferry ⛴️

The most convenient way to arrive from Finland and Sweden is by ferry. Take a look at the available options below:

• Tallink (Helsinki-Tallinn, Stockholm-Tallinn, etc)
• Viking Line (Helsinki-Tallinn)
• Eckerö Line (Helsinki-Tallinn)

Viking Line and Eckerö Line both arrive to the A-terminal. From there you can get on tram number 2 (direction: Kopli) from the Vanasadam tram stop (100m from the terminal) and ride to the Maleva tram stop (300m from the venue).

All Tallink ships arrive to the D-terminal. From there you can get on tram number 2 (direction: Kopli) from the Vanasadam tram stop (500m from the terminal) and ride to the Maleva tram stop (300m from the venue).

Plane ✈️

It is quite convenient to get from Tallinn Airport to the competition venue. You can get on tram number 4 from the airport terminal building (stop Lennujaam, direction: Tondi) or bus number 2 (stop Lennujaam, direction: Balti jaam). Both of these will take you to the city centre (stop Hobujaama for tram nr 4; stops Kaubamaja/Estonia for bus nr 2), where you can get on tram number 1 or 2 (direction: Kopli) and ride to the Maleva tram stop (300m from the venue).

Pitsa 🍕

Me teeme pitsade grupitellimuse nii laupäeva kui pühapäeva lõunal Peetri Pizzast.
Kui soovite lõunasöögi ajal pitsat, palun esitage oma tellimus registreerimislauas saabumisel või enne kella 11:30 laupäeval/10:30 pühapäeval.
Kui soovite pitsat, kuid saabute võistluspaika hiljem, palun kontakteeruge korraldajatega, et leiaksime mõlemale poolele sobiva lahenduse!

Maksmine on võimalik kas sularahas või ülekandega.

Pitsa valikud (NB! Valikus on vaid järgnevad pitsad, et muuta kohaletoimetamisprotsessi hõlpsamaks ja kiiremaks.):

1. Investor Pets – Poolsuitsuvorst, juust, tomatikaste – 8€ ühe pitsa eest

Pizza 🍕

We will be placing a group order for pizzas on both Saturday's and Sunday's lunch from Peetri Pizza.
If you wish to have pizza during lunch, please place your order at the check-in desk when arriving to the venue or before 12:00 on Saturday/10:30 on Sunday.
If you wish to have pizza during lunch, but arrive to the venue later than the aforementioned times, please contact the organizers so we can find a solution suitable for both parties!

Payment is accepted in cash or bank transfer.

Pizza options (NB! These are the only options to make the delivery smoother and faster.):

1. Investor Pets - Semi-smoked sausage, cheese, tomato sauce - 8€ per pizza
2. Topolino - Cheese, pineapple, ham, mushrooms, tomato sauce - 10€ per pizza
3. Francescana - Cheese, ham, salted mushrooms, tomato sauce, sweet pepper - 11€ per pizza
4. Mafioso - Cheese, bacon, mushrooms, olives, tomato sauce, onion, sweet pepper - 11€ per pizza

All pizzas are large (28cm diameter) and come with a thin crust, regular cheese, and will arrive to the venue right as lunch starts. Take a look at the pizzas here.

NB! There will be soft drinks at the venue, which are FREE for all competitors!

Teised võimalused 🛒

Võistluspaigast 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel asub Maxima X toidupood, aadressil Kopli tn 69b.

Kahjuks ei ole võistluspaigast jalutuskäigu kaugusel restorane ega kohvikuid, seega soovitame kasutada Wolti või Bolt Foodi äppe toidu tellimiseks.

Other options 🛒

The nearest grocery store is Maxima X, which is around a 5-minute walk from the venue (Kopli tn 69b).

Unfortunately there are no restaurants or cafés within walking distance, so we recommend using apps like Wolt or Bolt Food to deliver food straight to the venue.

Hotels

The venue is situated in a less touristy area, so the hotel selection in the area is almost non-existent, but there are several good options a short public transport ride or taxi away in Tallinn’s city centre.

Apartments & other options

Apartments and other alternative accommodation closer to the venue can be found on sites such as Booking and Airbnb. Quite a few accommodation options are available in the nearby districts of Kalamaja and Pelgulinn,
which are close to the venue and well‑connected by public transport. Finding accommodation within walking distance to the venue is near impossible, so we recommend familiarizing yourself with Tallinn's public transport
system or Bolt/Uber/Forus taxi apps for trips between the venue and your accommodation. Public transportation ticket info can be found here.
